Pros:

friendly staff, we were able to drop off our bags before check in time and they kept them in a separate room that only staff had access to.

everything was clean and there were plenty of amenities, even toothbrushes and razors.

the bed was comfy and we appreciated the power outlets and usb ports on each side of the bed.

Cons:

the basic room was VERY small, there‘s barely any room to walk past your partner. you have to shove all your luggage under the bed because otherwise you can‘t walk into the room at all.
at least the bed is pretty high up off the floor so there was enough space to shove our 4 backpacks under it, I‘m sure normal suitcases would have fit there too.
we also found 150€ for the cheapest room with no breakfast to be pretty expensive.

APA information failure
Pros:

Close to station, started clean and good toilet paper.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned the next day. When I questioned the front desk, the response was that "APA policy was that we had to put a magnetic sign on the outside of the door if we wanted it cleaned. They are hard to find, the instructions are on the TV but only in Japanese."
No, its not a Monty Python script - it was what I was told. I'm not upset about the rule but I am about the lack of information from APA or a warning from Booking dot Com that APA had this policy.
In our next hotel New City Morioka, they had these signs on the back of the door in plain sight so, no problem.

Location. 20 mins from airport by airport bus. 5 mins walk to aomori station.

Cons:

A/C did not work. After complaining, I received a fan as a back up. Small room for 2 people with no moving space around the bed.

ビジネスホテルだから仕方ないが狭かった。悪くもないが良くもない。
Pros:

従業員さんが感じが良かった！特に清掃スタッフさんが親切でとても感じが良かった。
子供用のアメニティが可愛くて喜んでいた。
共用トイレがキレイだった
氷が自動でもらえるのは嬉しかった

Cons:

思ってたよりもベッドが狭かった。
洗濯機と乾燥機が綺麗じゃなかった。
バスマットも毎日変えて欲しかった。

Great place to stay
Pros:

A really nice place to stay with friendly and helpfull staff close to JR Aomori and the Shinmachi shopping street.

Cons:

Some minor things broke down during my stay but the staff was helpfull with it and resolved it immidiately.

Pros:

青森さくらマラソンに参加のため利用。
朝のシャトルバス乗り場(青森駅前)まで近く、またゴール地点から徒歩で帰れる立地がありがたかった。

Cons:

素泊まりで、お部屋の設備もごく一般的、これで２万円越えは正直つらい、、、。
今回のようなよっぽどの理由がないと使わないと思う。
