Pros:

青森さくらマラソンに参加のため利用。
朝のシャトルバス乗り場(青森駅前)まで近く、またゴール地点から徒歩で帰れる立地がありがたかった。

Cons:

素泊まりで、お部屋の設備もごく一般的、これで２万円越えは正直つらい、、、。
今回のようなよっぽどの理由がないと使わないと思う。
