Ztès bien situé.

Cons:

Pas de petit-déjeuner.

Vista su Chateau Frontenac
Pros:

La camera era piccola ma molto tipica, in un mansardato con mobili antichi e il bagno rinnovato recentemente. Vista magnifica su Chateau Frontenac dalla finestrella dalla camera.

Cons:

Pulizia migliorabile. Non c'è l' ascensore e le scale sono strette ma lo sapevo in anticipo per cui per me non è stato un problema.

Bon rapport qualité prix + emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville. C'est petit mais fonctionnel et suffisant pour 1 nuit ou 2. Literie de qualité.

Cons:

Arrivée autonome à seulement 18h30, je n'ai pas vu le mail envoyé 30mn plus tôt à peine, donc un peu perdue à l'arrivée, j'ai dû téléphoner pour savoir comment récupérer les clés. Connaître à l'avance le nom du parking ou on pouvait se garer aurait ete un plus. Chambres un peu viellotes, mais tout y est quand même pour être bien.

Excellent - highly recommend this property and its perfect location
Pros:

The staff were friendly ad very helpful with sightseeing directions and assistance with bookings. The location is perfect - I had views of the Chateau from my room, and the clawfoot bath was perfect. The hotel is lovely and quiet, so you get a good night's sleep (very different to being in a downtown area with traffic adn sirens waking you all night).

Convenient location for exploring old quebec
Pros:

Location in old Quebec and historic building.

Cons:

Expected something like the rooms in the photos but ended up in a back/ground level converted area that didn’t have the charm I thought I was getting.

Parfaite localisation pour court séjour dans le vieux Québec.
Pros:

L'emplacement est idyllique, au pied du château frontenac. Très accessible. Stationnement possible a moins de 5min à pieds. Le personnel est accueillant.

Cons:

J'avais réservé pour 2 lits et nous avons eu 1 lit et 1 canapé lit. Je n'aurai peut être pas réservé cet hôtel si jamais su. L'annonce n'était pas assez explicite. Vieux bâtiment, facilement bruyant. La température à été très difficile à gérer dans notre chambre.

Its not a hotel. Great location and staff but spoiled by cramped and shabby rooms.
Pros:

Great location just off the main tourist route and quiet, helpful staff, quaint

Cons:

Ignore the name;- its not a hotel, so no food or lounge. Some rooms (eg no 8) are very cramped and shabby. We moved rooms the first night and the second room (no 7) was OK

Pros:

歴史を感じる建物で調度品もすてきだった。城壁の内側の旧市街にあり観光や食事など便利なロケーションだった

Cons:

洗面台の脇にものを落としてしまった時に床に溜まっていたほこりにまみれてかなり汚れてしまった。隠れたところの清掃が行き届いていなかった
