one of the staff members met us at the pier to help with bags, got to the resort and was an easy check in, had a small pool, a pool table and the rooms were so lovely!!
it is a bit of a walk to the main area but the scenic views along the way make up for it
Quaint cozy cottage on the water, beach access and beautiful views of sunsets, water and town. Great off the beaten path location. For those that want local flavor instead of a large busy resort
Nice little resort, with a pool and nice views over the sea. There is a free pick up/drop off service from the pier to help carry bags.
Bathroom was not clean, limescale in the kettle and on bathroom tap. Sometimes the water came out brown. Air con wasn’t great, struggled to cool the room. No bin in the room and did not top up water bottles during stay.
The property itself is ok but if you don’t want to stay up till 4 am you won’t sleep the noise from the local bars are deafening even when you are in a ‘quiet’ zone. Would not recommend at all. They provide earplugs but they don’t work and cannot stop the room from shaking.
We stayed in room 1 - right on the rocky sea shore and the views and sunsets from the balcony were stunning. Our room was clean upon arrival and we had nice fresh bedding. Amenities included a mini fridge, a kettle, a safe, and a hairdryer. WiFi was intermittent.
This is a budget hotel so I don't want to moan too much but.......
Our room was never cleaned by the hotel staff during our 5 day stay. We had to go to reception daily to collect our water and coffee refills plus clean towels and loo rolls.
I don't know on what basis this property calls itself a "Resort"? it is a 2 star hotel at best offering basic accommodations.
Nowhere on the Booking.com listing does it tell you that the Hotel is right next door to one of the biggest and loudest nightclubs on the island called Zeus. And none of the hotel staff informed us when we checked in either.
I know the hotel has no control over it's neighbours activities but the noise invasion is excessive. Heavy bassline electro dance music starts around 3pm mid afternoon and carries on till 3am getting louder from midnight onwards, and even though the hotel provided us with earplugs it was impossible to enjoy a proper nights sleep.
If I owned this business I would re-market it as a back packer "party hostel" and sell the rooms to the type of customers most likely to enjoy using the nightclub next door. There is a neglected and underused terrace area which could also become a great chillout area and sunset bar.
To conclude : Sadly due to the noise issues I would not recommend this hotel. There are lots of quieter options on
Phi Phi at a similar price. Such a shame because the views really are stunning.

bit of a walk but close to the main beach. the entrance off the path is very uphill. pool was meh but at least it’s a pool. don’t get the breakfast - not good or worth the $. AC wasn’t strong at all.

Bylismy w willi nad samym morzem,widok cudny.Komfort pokoi ok,przydałby sie remont,ale tragedii nie było.Nie ukrywam ze akurat byl to jedyny w rozsądnej cenie hotel.Niestety faktem jest ze droge do hotelu przecina rzeka ściekow płynąca wprost do morza:( W samym hotelu na szczescie tego nie czuć.Ogolnie wyspa strasznie zaśmiecona.
Panie z recepcji bardzo miłe.Pozostala obsluga rownież mega miła.Odebrano nasze walizki z przystani,po wymeldowaniu rownież nam je dostarczono o umowionej godzinie🙂Oferują sniadania,my nie korzystaliśmy.Jest lodowka z napojami,a zaraz obok lokalny sklepik i restauracja.Do centrum bliziutko.
It was clean i give that but bathroom was filled with ants even before we got there.
We stayed the new years eve so it was nice location and quiet to sleep for our room at least. Maybe the seafront rooms not so much.
