チェックアウト以外は良かった
Pros:

朝食は良かった。深夜のレセプションの男性の対応は良かった。

Cons:

チェックアウト時、ミニバーを利用していない事を伝えたのに、電卓の40000の数字を提示してきて払えと言われた。詳細を聞いてもレセプションの女性は答えず。問い詰めると冷蔵庫から水を出したので4万ドン払えという。実際使っていないし、申告したにもかかわらず冷たい態度で追求された。冷蔵庫にある銘柄と同じ水を買ってきたのが原因と思われるが、掃除の係はきちんと確認して欲しい。これがなければ高評価であったのに残念だ。バスルームのシャンプーとリンスとボディーウォッシュの
表記が小さ過ぎて認識できないのと文字が消え掛かっているので区別がつかない。電源の場所が下の方にありテーブルが近くに無いので使い難い。また、二つの電源口が隣接しているので左右両方は同時に使用できない。

ハノイ中心街からはすこしはなれているが、比較的静かでバスなどで移動する人は目の前にバス停があるので、便利だと思います。朝食も充実してる方です。

Pros:

A very convenient hotel in the Cau Giay area and not far if your Hanoi destinations in Old Quarter or West Lake.
The staff (especially Nguyen Thi Linh) were excellent and their English made my stay my stay smooth. Very helpful with transportation assistance as well.
The breakfast was very good with a variety from Chicken Pho, omelets, continental breakfast, etc. So definitely no worries there to start your day off well.
Again, I would stress the hotel staff were friend and helpful from the Front Desk, Dining, Room Cleaning.

Cons:

Too old, need renovation, AC fan noisy. Only 7 channels on the TV. Breakfast buffet has limited variety, almost gone at 8 AM, doesn’t fulfill again.

Pros:

1. Helpful and friendly staff.
2. Decent room with comfortable bed and all necessary amenities.

Cons:

1. Location doesn’t have many tourist places nearby, other than the museum of ethnology. Saw mostly local people around.
2. Bathroom was small. The shower didn’t have a separate enclosed space, which meant entire bathroom gets wet.

Very attentive bell hop. He was awesome. He was the most professional and all about the service. I was so pleased to have his service. I do not have his name.
