夕食のメニューが良かった
お風呂の窓が空いていて寒かった、外から見えないか不安になった。

有料でもいいので、部屋スリッパがあると良かった
グループホテルに送迎がありいろいろな温泉に入れた。ニューアワジのコワーキングスペースが使えた。そこで見かけた井本名誉総支配人の笑顔も素晴らしかった。チェックアウトのとき島花送迎のドライバーの方に「昨日見かけたあの方は誰？」と尋ねると井本名誉総支配人の名前を教えてくれた。何気ないおしゃべりだった。が、送迎でドライバーの方がニューアワジに着くと、丁度玄関先におられた井本名誉総支配人に声をかけて、私に引き合わせてくれた。従業員の方たちの関係が伺えて素晴らしと思った。
部屋の掃除を1日してもらえなかった。私の確認が足りなかったのかもしれない。チェックアウトのとき、謝罪してもらったし備品の補充も受け取った。（フェイスパックもオマケ？だったのか頂いた。）惜しかったのは備品補充のスタッフの対応。残念な気持ちになっている客に、まず一番に何かにひと言ほしかった。

立地は良かった、舟渡しの体験も良い
オーシャンビューかと思いきや、窓の外に誰かの別荘があってなんだか気まずい
特に送迎に関わるスタッフが素敵な対応でした。ニューアワジグループの温泉にも入れたこと、グラスボートの体験もとても良かったです。
お料理の品数は多かったですが、夕食と朝食のメニューがかぶるものもありました。夕食はお酒の提供があるせいか少し味が濃いめな感じがしました。
景観が良く浴室の設備が良い。
テレビが小さい。
建物が吹き抜けで宿泊部屋が３階だったが早朝から１階レストランの作業音が聞こえる。
本館への連絡が 船というのが面白い

ホテルニュー淡路の方の温泉に入れた事。
温泉はあるものの、洗い場が3つしかなかった事。更衣室が狭すぎる。 オーシャンビューの部屋を予約したが前の建物で邪魔されていて眺めは良くない。
清潔感や綺麗さが素晴らしいです。
