最高でした！またいきます！
Pros:

本館の温泉入れるのすごくよかったです。
夜のコース料金も美味しかったです。
なお、ホテルには、ジャグジー、サウナ、プールがあるのですが、なんと追加料金なしで利用できて
最高でした！！

Cons:

初日のチェック前に荷物を預けて、本館の温泉を利用しようと思い12時30分に受付カウンターに行ったら誰もいなくて、呼び鈴鳴らしてもでてこなく、問い合わせ電話で電話してやっと出てくれました。

部屋のカーテンが、遮光カーテンではないので、朝になると、明るくて目覚める感じです。朝ゆっくり寝たい場合は、アイマスクなどの対策いるかも。。

部屋が思ったより狭く一部電気つかなかったり床に岩盤浴があるのが狭いから必要性を感じない

何故、たった一つの静かな部屋で！の希望が全くかなわなかったのか？閑散期なのに！
Pros:

食事、温泉まわりができること、最高でした。ですが、私は疾患があり、静かな部屋わ、希望メール、さらに、念押しに電話までしたのに、凄くうるさい部屋で、チェックアウトも早々に早くでました。夜もボートの音がうるさくて眠れず、朝から対岸の工事の音でうるさくて、凄く嫌な気持ちになりました。精神安定剤を飲みしのぎましたが、朝はゆっくり温泉につかって、本当は11時ギリギリまでまったりしたかったです。

間違えて良い方に悪い評価をいれてしまいました。

お部屋もロケーションも大変快適で楽しめました

Cons:

夕食の予約について、「予約が満席で、ご用意出来ません」とだけで、他の案内をしていただけなくて、周辺の飲食店を自力で探すしかなかった。
もう少し、気配りをして頂きたかった。

あと、朝食ですが、品数も少なく
パン特に食パンが、水分ご抜けていたのか、パサパサで口の中のすいぶんを持っていかれてしまうよものしかありませんでした。
あのお値段で、満足感もお得感も全くありませんでした。グループの中でリーズナブル設定なのかもしれませんが、レビューに書かれていた「朝食が素晴らしかった！」って書き込みが立ったので期待していましたが、期待はずれでした。

可以體驗飯店集團中在附近的另2個飯店的溫泉這一點超棒的, 不需要額外費用還有交通配套措施, 餐廳晚餐很棒, 停車場也很好停車。

飯店自身的大眾池比較小, 客人等待時間多些。房間門的隔音較差, 另外風大的晚上窗戶的風切聲很大, 很吵又有點可怕, 如果能改進會更棒!

スタッフ大変良い、お風呂いまいち
Pros:

スタッフの方が対応がとても良く、気持ち良くすごせた。

Cons:

島花　じたいの、大浴場が大変狭い洗い場が3ヵ所しかなく、他のグループ系列の大浴場に行く前提のつくり？なのかな宿泊時期が3月初めなので系列のお風呂に入って戻る迄に湯冷めしそう。
