夕食の内容が良かった。
グループのホテルの温泉に送迎付きで入湯できたので楽しませていただきました

Cons:

早朝は人出が足りないので仕方がないのですが、ロビーで待つ時間が長く感じた。

スタッフ大変良い、お風呂いまいち
Pros:

スタッフの方が対応がとても良く、気持ち良くすごせた。

Cons:

島花　じたいの、大浴場が大変狭い洗い場が3ヵ所しかなく、他のグループ系列の大浴場に行く前提のつくり？なのかな宿泊時期が3月初めなので系列のお風呂に入って戻る迄に湯冷めしそう。

お食事が良かった。
あれだけのお食事でこのお値段、とても安いと思います。満足です！
お風呂も小さめなので年寄りにはありがたいです。
大きなホテルでは無い細やかな気遣い、そして、年寄りを2人も連れておりましので、食事もお風呂もさっと行けて良い大きさのホテルだったと思います。

Cons:

お部屋が昔のホテルを少々改装した感じでした。もう少し新しい感じだと嬉しかったけれど、清潔感もあり、お値段考えると充分かと思います

雨でも楽しかった娘二人との価値ある旅行
Pros:

娘と二人でクリスマスに利用させていただきました。ホテルはとても綺麗でクリスマスツリーなどクリスマス仕様で可愛かったです。フロントに入ると吹き抜けがとても開放的でこじんまりと落ち着いた雰囲気でちょうど良くおしゃれででした。スタッフの方はどの方も愛想良く気持ちの良い接客をしてくださいました。お食事も本格的でクリスマスディナーを楽しみました。朝食も種類もあり美味しく満足でした。
お風呂は早起きをして夢泉景で日の出を見ながら露天風呂を楽しみました。
とても価値ある体験をさせていただきとても満足でした。チェックアウトも11時でゆっくりできました。また夢泉景にリップクリームを忘れてしまい相談した所わざわざ届けて下さいまして大変ありがたかったです。
お出迎えにお見送りもありがとうございました。また来たいと思います。
