Not clean not priced right too expensive not worth it
Great location.
Nice room. Location was great
Pool was too cold
It's a lovely hotel with a great pool and hot tub. The place is in a great spot within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and things to do like the Science Center and the Rook Room, so even though it was winter we did a lot of walking outside.
It's hard to tell what you're booking. We thought we had booked a room with a hot tub, but we didn't get that and then we found out the listing was a little vague and they kind of got to choose where we went. People above us were throwing their cigarette butts down onto our balcony which was disgusting.
King room was amazingly clean and spacious!
The location was nice. The pool and hot tub looked clean, although we did not go in. The room was big. We felt safe. The shower and bathroom area was super- very clean.
I swear the room was haunted! We heard noises all night, some I have never heard before. The pillows kinda sucked. I think the TV was broken, as it was very very dark.
Everybody was super nice and friendly.
The hotel was super clean.
Breakfast was good. Lots of variety.
Needed more breakfast items. There wasn't a lot choose from. No meat. 1 elevator wasn't working at all. Thermostat wasn't working in our room & neither was 1 light. Too high price drinks and snacks room smell could of been better. No conditioner.
Pretty clean. Coffee all day. Hot tub. Friendly staff. Room easy to get too. Quiet. Comfy beds. Shampoo body wash lotion in the bathroom. Good TV to watch
Everything was great! We checked in late, and Bernice was pleasant, professional, helpful and very inviting! You are lucky to have her!n She helped make our stay even better. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Nothing!
The staff member that greeted us upon arrival was great and welcoming, but the morning person never even made eye contact. The room was great however I was unable to turn down the thermostat, so it was a bit warm for sleeping.
Staff inconsistent for customer service.
Very convenient in a great area close to everything.
Nothing, it was great.
Welcome appearance of property in attractive area.
Really like the hotel/exceptional breakfast. Too bad we had to pay for two nights of parking when we were there less than 20 hours.
We had a problem. We reserved two rooms. When we checked in, they had us reserved for only one room. For some reason don’t know if it was booking.com or the hotel, but one of our rooms had been cancelled the morning of check-in at 8:45. And since the hotel was sold out, there was only the one room. The other two people were our neighbors/really didn’t like the fact that we had to share beds with them. Very uncomfortable situation. But since there weren’t any other rooms available, we were stuck with the one room. I’ve complained to the hotel and booking.com. No one seems to know why one of our rooms was cancelled the morning of our stay.
