Pros:

日本語が堪能な韓国人オーナーとそのご家族のホスピタリティが随所に感じられるホテル。
沢山のコメントにあるようにシンプルで洗練された部屋は、清潔で快適な空間。
朝食も美味しく、交通手段から両替まで色んな相談にも乗ってくれて、「何だったら送ってあげる」という親切さ。
Uberが使えたのでお願いはしなかったけど、こんな気遣いの言葉は本当に嬉しくて助かる。

近所のお知り合いと朝食を一緒にしたいとお願いした時も、リーズナブルに快く受け入れてくれた。
本当に感謝しかない。

常に宿泊客を気にかけて下さっている方々で、本当に温かな気持ちで過ごせた。

次回も是非ともお世話になりたい!

Ce séjour à l'hôtel Moon a parfaitement rempli toutes nos attentes !
Pros:

Nous avons très bien été accueillies à l'hôtel Moon!
Le gérant était vraiment très gentil, chambres confortables et conformes aux photographies et le tout au calme !
Le parking compris dans la réservation est un véritable plus !

Beispielloser Service! Ich würde erneut hier übernachten!
Pros:

Der Service ist beispiellos. Super hilfsbereit, nett und zuvorkommend. Selten das man sowas erlebt. Mir wurde beim parken im Innenhof geholfen, es gab nach der Frühstückszeit noch Tee mit Kleinigkeiten zu essen. Mega sympathisch!! Danke dafür nochmal!

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist nicht die neueste und es war etwas kühl im Zimmer. Obwohl die Heizungen funktionierten. Aber alles in allem, grundsolide für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Düsseldorf!

Pros:

Öncelikle otelin konumu mükemmel, kendine ait otopark da süper. Ayrıca işletmeci inanılmaz ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Kahvaltı da gayet güzel ve fiyata değer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Sadece asansör olsa biraz daha iyi olabilirdi.

Overall, a satisfactory stay
Pros:

Good location; many restaurants are walking distance; public transportation is also walking distance. The room was clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They made sure that I felt comfortable and they were quick to help me out with an issue. Very nice couple.

Cons:

The walls are not soundproof. I could hear people walking up and down the stairs, or walking in the hallway. This happened both nights and in the early mornings ( around 6.30AM).

Pros:

Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi bir hoteldi. Atom karınca bir sahibi vardı adını hatırlayamadım ama her yere yetişiyordu çok yardımsever , misafirperver ve güleryüzlüydü. Hotelde eksikler varsa bile kesinlikle onun sayesinde önemsemedik bile . Kendisi her işe bakıyordu ve kesinlikle yetişiyordu çok güzel ağırladı çok teşekkür ederiz☺️

The immediate and intelligent helpfulness of the gentleman attending us was extra-ordinary. We felt safe and appreciated

Quiet. Simple but good shower, plentiful hot water. Mattress firm. Heating worked.

Cons:

Entrance clean but a bit shabby. Reading light on only one side of bed. Parking for car in courtyard. Room good for sleeping, not for spending time in.
