Le personne est sympa . A part la gérante : un peu agressive

Ma chambre n avait pas de fenêtre pouvant être ouverte pour aérer. Et la vitre donnait sur les escaliers. Donc du bruit quand les personnes montaient à toute heure de la nuit aussi et surtout impossible d ouvrir le rideau opaque sinon tout le monde voyait tout dans ma chambre. Sans doute faut il mettre un voile pour avoir un peu de lumière naturelle. J ai eu l impression de dormir dans un caisson dans le noir

El personal fue muy gentil, me ayudaron con todas las preguntas y facilitaron mi viaje.

Cons:

Tienen dos construcciones, me quedé en la segunda que es en la parte posterior y tiene escaleras en la primera sección. Eso complica un poco cuando el equipaje es pesado.

Buen servicio y actitud del personal.

Cons:

Se observan muchos detalles en mantenimiento. Mesas caídas en habitaciones, cables expuestos, entre otros. Por otra parte te entregan el desayuno en bolsa, creo que esto deberían manejarlo de otra manera.

Staff really friendly, polite and helpful. Room was very clean and organized. Amazing shower. Great breakfast.
