Better than I expectations.
Pros:

Recommend, good accommodation, clean, tidy, lovely breakfast included , very comfy bed, quiet, staff very welcoming.
Would definitely stay again.

Special weekend for me, will always remember the beauty of exotic violet flowers outside my window
Pros:

I thought it was good value, I will go again, plus they could add sauna and jacuzzi which might increase cost.

Cons:

Well, the bath jets didn’t work which would’ve been nice.Breakfast lovely, really nothing to dislike

Great location for town . Great breakfast. Could do with redecoration throughout
Pros:

Perfect Location for Canterbury Town walkable distance.
Breakfast 10 out of 10 couldn't fault. Good variety and plenty of it.
Very friendly staff and helpful
Nice little garden out the back

Cons:

Hotel bit dated. Could do with redecoration in general throughout Hotel.
Parking ok but can be a bit tight getting in and out if hotel busy. advisable to book in early as possible to get best Parking space

Not loved.
Pros:

Location was perfect for what we needed and the pool was a hit with my children. There was a good range of breakfast and drinks.

Cons:

Dust in room. Kettle and tray dusty, bathroom was dusty and curtains were barley hanging. Window didn't feel secure. Door into room was not fully secure so felt unsafe. Only my husband could close the bathroom door as it was so tough and too big for the frame. Most plates and glasses were dirty when we had breakfast.

Basic and OK value for money
Pros:

Value for money, buffet breakfast, parking (although tight and limited)

Cons:

The hotel is a little "tired" now (stayed here before) and rooms (ours anyway) need updating and decorating as well us a rethink to layouts with old partially blocked off built in storage etc. Cleaning standard could be better.

A good stay..
Pros:

Having a swimming pool available was really nice, especially for the price..

Cons:

There was no lounge, though the fire plans indicated there was.. The bar was apparently available, though the lights had failed in there and it very much felt like an inconvenience for the staff to actually open it up, so we just played cards in the dining room.. With the room being so hot it would have been nice to sit in a lounge for a few hours..
