Pros:

Personnel très gentil. Parking confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La salle de bain sans fenêtre avait une aération trop faible donc beaucoup d'humidité après la douche.

Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

Four poster bed; a lovely pool; generous breakfast options. Arrival was friendly and welcoming. Kept bags until check in. Location great for 15 mins walk into the town over the city wall, or 5mins taxi.

Location near town .we were in the family room staff very helpful. the pool a bonus the kids loved it a park over the road. breakfast really good plenty of towels made a stay with children very easy

Lovely relaxed stay great breakfast great staff. Would stay here again.

It was just 10/15 min walk into the centre easy access to rooms ,restaurant and pool.

Cons:

Pretty good location private car park easy walk in to town great bus service well ran hotel.

Pros:

The staff were all so friendly and kind, making sure I knew my way around town, had everything I need, and that I had an excellent stay. I also love the center garden they have which I would have used in warmer weather. The breakfast is also incredible! I highly recommend staying here!

Gutes Hotel mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut.. Frühstück war gut für Englische Verhältnisse. Es gab wenig Aufschnitt aber verschiedene Croissants , Rührei.
Personal war freundlich und bemüht

Cons:

Wir hatten ein nicht so schönes Zimmer, es war ein Familien Zimmer und es gab nur einen kleinen Schrank zum hinhängen, keine Regale oder so. Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht so toll bei der Ankunft. . Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bei der Einrichtung war nicht alles heile.
