Pros:

The breakfast and room was very nice. There was a pool but we didn't have time to use it but looked nice. The lamps did not have warm lights which was a little weird but the main lights for the room was warm :D

Cons:

The shower wasn't very good. The water pressure was very very low and it was difficult to get the right temperature. But there was a bath and the rest of the bathroom was quite good.

Lovely one night break I had an enjoyable swim relaxed, followed by a good breakfast
Pros:

It was walking distance to the town. 20mins

Cons:

To be honest the only thing was I was unable to to open the bedroom windows
I like fresh air !

Great value for money. Will definitely return.

Location was great. 10 minutes walk from everything.
Staff were amazing. Their hospitality exceeded my Expectations. Radu especially was a Star. Treated us like VIPs. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and Family.
The Swimming facilities were warm fresh and clean.
We chose the 9:30 am slot for our Breakfast. We had ours brought to the table. Great service. I even went back for Pastries.
This Hotel is a hidden Gem. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Schöne Stadt, tolles Hotel, superfreundliches Personal!

Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft verlief schnell und super. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück (englisch und kontinental) hat super geschmeckt.

Clean, friendly and decent, but I wouldn't exactly return.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the bathroom looked renovated not too long ago. The staff was super friendly, efficient and helpful.

Cons:

The radiator was very noisy and there was a dripping noise from somewhere else the whole time, which made sleeping challenging at times. Breakfast was freshly made but a bit disappointing, the coffee tasted liked it was burnt. The area where the hotel is there aren't many restaurants or stores.

Very noisy road ,didn't get a very good night's sleep 😴 would have preferred a room at the back of the property I would stay here again only if a had a quiet room .

All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. Andrea's greeted us for breakfast and made sure we had all we wanted. Buffet breakfast was good quality and hot. Cereals toast ham/cheese yogurt options all available

Easy 10 min walk into Canterbury centre and 25 min bus ride into Whitsable (£3) from bus station 15 min walk

Bar could be better stocked with choices of ales and lagers
