Good Hotel for exploring Canterbury
Pros:

Good location for sight seeing in Canterbury. Fantastic breakfast & lovely clean pool

Cold pool
Pros:

I liked the Location which was a walking distance to the town. Receptionist was extremely friendly and polite and room was warm , cosy and comfortable, very clean too.

Cons:

We booked a room here to enjoy the pool, but the whole area was pretty cold and pool water was extremely cold so we stayed only quarter of an hour, because everything more , we were risking of getting a flu. Water was at least 5 degrees under normal temperature and air in the pool area even less! Considering the accommodation with the pool, you should do something more for the guests!

Pros:

Easy check in, Radu the manager couldn't have been more helpful, his knowledge of the city was very good. The room we had (no 12) was a very good size. The indoor pool was nice to use and not too busy. In the mornings we had a great buffet breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for Radu and his staff, very attentive without hovering. We stayed for two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Once again a big thank you (multumesc) to Radu for his help in making our stay so enjoyable.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Kerstshopping in Canterbury......
Pros:

Goed Engels ontbijt en mogelijkheid om brood te roosteren..... wel niets van stokbrood of pistolet

Cons:

De parking was nogal moeilijk...... het hotel zat vol en de laatsten hadden blijkbaar geen plaats meer .....

Pros:

The breakfast was good, plenty of choice and the hot food was exactly that, hot.
Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Radu and András.
Room was more than acceptable for the price.
It was good to have parking and great to know the car was safe overnight.
Having a pool was a real plus!

Cons:

We booked this hotel partly because it offered spa treatments and as it was my birthday week, my husband was going to treat me. Before our stay, I emailed the hotel for info on how to book treatments and had no reply.
On arrival, we were told the person who did the spa treatments was currently unavailable.
If we had known this information beforehand, we would have cancelled the booking and gone elsewhere.
Tv was small.
Very few hangers in the wardrobe. No hanging facility in the hallway.
Carpet needed a good going over with the vacuum cleaner.
Inner bedroom door didn't close properly.
The shower sprayed water everywhere.
Pool was a little on the cold side and the poolside and corridor were very slippery.
