All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. Andrea's greeted us for breakfast and made sure we had all we wanted. Buffet breakfast was good quality and hot. Cereals toast ham/cheese yogurt options all available
Easy 10 min walk into Canterbury centre and 25 min bus ride into Whitsable (£3) from bus station 15 min walk
Bar could be better stocked with choices of ales and lagers

Very noisy road ,didn't get a very good night's sleep 😴 would have preferred a room at the back of the property I would stay here again only if a had a quiet room .

Hotel wymaga większej pielęgnacji widać ząb czasu. Hotel reklamuje się jako Hotel Spa, ale do spa to mu daleko. Mały pokoik, zabiegi słabej jakości.
Very helpful staff
Breakfast was awesome, I could get used to that kind of living. The staff were kind and warm and considerate. The garden and pool were great. The location is easy to find and close to bus stops, train station and town centre. The bed was so soft and relaxing.
The bathtub knobs are old. It was hard to get hot and cold at the same time, it was either too hot or too cold and the pressure wasn't enough to get washed at the usual pace I would at home.
Absolutely lovely, made very welcome, all staff very helpful and beautiful breakfast sets you up for the day.

I liked the Location which was a walking distance to the town. Receptionist was extremely friendly and polite and room was warm , cosy and comfortable, very clean too.
We booked a room here to enjoy the pool, but the whole area was pretty cold and pool water was extremely cold so we stayed only quarter of an hour, because everything more , we were risking of getting a flu. Water was at least 5 degrees under normal temperature and air in the pool area even less! Considering the accommodation with the pool, you should do something more for the guests!
Can't rate it high enough, just a s shame we could only stay one night. Friendly staff, lovely relaxed atmosphere, great breakfast.

Nothing at all
Easy check in, Radu the manager couldn't have been more helpful, his knowledge of the city was very good. The room we had (no 12) was a very good size. The indoor pool was nice to use and not too busy. In the mornings we had a great buffet breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for Radu and his staff, very attentive without hovering. We stayed for two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Once again a big thank you (multumesc) to Radu for his help in making our stay so enjoyable.
