Hotel Eiffel XV

Everything was very nice. From the desk staff to the room staff to the heating and water.

Be aware, there are stairs, many stairs 87 up to the 5th floor.

The personal and the people that work there were extremely helpful and always helping us, the only thing that I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t have elevator, the location was great close to Eiffel Tower and a lot of Restaurants

Basic but very good value for money, excellent location. Breakfast was basic, which was ok for the price but i missed eggs or vegetables/salad. Free internet available.

Our stay was great. They allowed us to check in quite early when our flight landed in the morning They made up the bed and provided clean towels daily, the room had tea and a tea kettle provided. The water in the bathroom tap was clean and drinkable, and the bathtub was a great touch after long days of walking. This was incredibly comfortable and offered much more than expected from a budget accommodation.

This property was about a 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and 15 minute walk from shopping… there are +++ restaurants, cafes, fresh fruit stands all around you…
However this property does not have an elevator and a small stairwell… our room was on the 5th floor..90 steps up and 90 steps down… so be sure to ask for first or second floor…
The reception staff were very friendly except for one older guy…🙃
There is also an option to have a breakfast there for 10 euros per person… we did not take advantage of this…

walkable distance to the eiffel tower and lovely hotel

The air conditioning was not working, I communicated this to reception and was treated like a stupid person that cannot press a button to put on an aircon. After this every time I would go past reception I would be asked if the air con was working, as if it would fix itself, on the last day I was asked to talk to the guy serving breakfast to tell him the air con was not working. The breakfast is not worth the price and it is cheaper to book directly at the hotel than through Expedia.

DO NOT STAY HERE! online the photos look like it’s a nice hotel ( the hotel is nothing like the photos) the hotel reminds me of a crack den I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep here. There’s no lift so you have to walk up some steep stairs in the pitch black my rooms light didn’t work I had to turn the light on from the power box. The door lock didn’t work either. You can hear everything from the other rooms and landing. The man on reception was very disturbing and creepy. We decided as two young girls in Paris alone to go to a different hotel. They would not give me a refund hense why I’ve done this review I’m not one to be a Karen but I think not getting a refund is a joke as they made out the hotel was nice and it wasn’t which is there mistake. Stay away unless u like crack dens

The Executive Double Room was value for money and good location near Eiffel Tower.

The staff were very helpful and attentive to any question we had. The location is great too. Easy walk to metro station (less than five minutes) also close to Eiffel Tower.

Breakfast bread options were not fresh(mold)

Staff was great, front desk staff were very polite. The Lady at front desk was awesome.

Polite and accommodating front desk. Mr. Wheb was friendly and helpful to our family needs of providing us a convenient room that exceeds my expectation. The hotel has no elevator but not a big issue as Mr. Wheb helped us with our luggage. They also have a nice Puppy greeter that welcomes us at the door when we arrived.
The hotel is modest, safe, well managed and most important was the accommodating staff/ front desk.
Walking distance to some impt. areas. I highly recommend the Hotel Eiffel XV.

Good location and very close to metro and city proper. Only issues is no elevator. Overall not too bad. 3 stars hotel.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast options and fantastic cleaning services. Appreciate their hard work.
