Hotel muito bem localizado, confortável e com bom atendimento, mas com alguns pontos de manutenção e limpeza que poderia
Pros:

Gostamos bastante da localização do hotel, que é excelente, bem na orla e perto de vários pontos turísticos, restaurantes, mercados e áreas para caminhar. A estrutura do hotel também é boa, os quartos eram confortáveis e a equipe foi gentil, inclusive permitindo late check-out até 14h, o que nos ajudou muito.

Cons:

Alguns pontos atrapalharam um pouco a experiência. O quarto ficava em frente a uma obra que começava muito cedo, antes das 7h, e o barulho incomodava. Também tivemos dois quartos em andares diferentes, o que dificultou o deslocamento entre nós. No 6º andar, o botão do elevador para subir ao 9º não funcionava. A internet ficou instável em alguns momentos, a área da janela/cortinas poderia estar mais limpa e o ar-condicionado do 9º andar desligava sozinho depois de um tempo e ficava com as luzes piscando.

Pros:

Localização melhor de Maceió. Eu viajei a trabalho, mas é muito bom para quem quer curtir as belas praias de Ponta Verde e da Pajuçara.

Cons:

A sinalização interna de acesso aos quartos e aos elevadores, e recomendo que haja uma avaliação por especialista. O estacionamento é para poucos carros, e pode complicar caso você não consiga vaga porque não há opção com manobrista.
O acesso do estacionamento para as demais dependências do hotel somente por escada ou pela rampa de tráfego de acesso dos veículos, o que não é prudente. Eu tenho problemas de mobilidade, o que não permite o uso de escadas principalmente com bagagem. Se estiver chovendo, tem que usar a rampa de entrada dos veículos, e ficar exposto ao tempo.
