Pros:

Localização ótima, atendimento bom. Tudo limpinho. Playground super arrumadinho, brinquedos bem limpos e cuidados. Cafe da manha maravilhoso. Muitas opções para quem tem alergias alimentares.

Cons:

Os quartos são bem medianos, adequados ao custo beneficio. Mas sem muito capricho. O banheiro da recepção estava fechado durante toda a nossa permanência. Só tinha um banheiro disponível na área da piscina que dava fila ou tinhamos que subir no quarto enquanto aproveitavamos a piscina. Isso com criança é péssimo.

Excelente ubicación, el restaurante, el desayuno bien completo! los personales super atentos y formidables. Excelente todo!!

Cons:

La vista desde la habitación no fue muy bonita. Uno de los ascensores estaba en reparación por lo que los demás ascensores estaban saturados todo el tiempo.

Pros:

O atendimento da equipe do hotel é excepcional. Todos muito receptivos, prestativos e gentis. Especialmente o Coordenador de reservas Ítalo Ferreira, cujo atendimento, desde o contato antes da chegada ao hotel até o checkout, foi fantástico, cercado de cuidado em cada detalhe, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos realmente bem-vindos àquela hospedagem. Isso faz toda diferença ao Hotel Ponta Verde, além da estrutura e localização, ser integrado por profissionais tão atenciosos. Parabéns!

A localização, os quartos, a limpeza, o espumante de cortesia etc.

Cons:

O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido quando chegamos, mas foi logo consertado. Um dos elevadores esteve fora de uso durante os 5 dias que ficamos lá.

Buena ubicación pero no volvería
Pros:

La ubicación era muy buena, ya que está en Ponta Verde, una muy buena playa en Maceió y cerca de lugares turísticos

Cons:

Los ascensores siempre estaban muy llenos, por lo que los tiempos de espera eran muy largos (la fila era situación de cada momento, ver foto). Un segundo punto es que las ventanas no se cerraban por lo que el ruido exterior no se aislaba molestando en las noches (nunca repararon las ventanas en todo el tiempo que estuvimos).
