Hotel em frente a Praia Verde, com restaurante, o que facilita bastante

Cons:

O minibar do quarto estava estragado e na ultima noite tive um problema de estômago e todas as aguas que tentei tomar estavam super congeladas e era impossível tomar

Pros:

Hotel com as instalações em perfeito estado de conservação, destacando a parte higiênica. Funcionários do hotel gentis e solícitos. Ótimo café da manhã, supre a necessidade de todas preferências, inclusive com pratos veganos. Jantares temáticos, deliciosos e variados. Nossa estadia no Hotel Ponta Verde foi maravilhosa. Com certeza vamos retornar.

Muito bem localizado , facilitando bastante o deslocamento para conhecer a cidade

Cons:

Primeiro que nosso banheiro alagou que não funcionou o ralo.
Café da manhã e jantar deixaram muito a desejar, ao mesmo tempo com variedade porém única coisa que nos agradou foi a tapioca.
Os dois banheiros femininos já no primeiro dia em manutenção, dificultando o uso de sanitários fora dos quartos.

Os funcionários são muito cordiais em sua maioria

Cons:

O banheiro estava cheio de limo (mofo) e nossos cabelos continuavam no piso mesmo após a limpeza do quarto diariamente. As toalhas são ásperas e bem estreitas no caso da de banho. No horario do cafe da manhã, os itens que acabavam demoravam muito para serem repostos. O hotel cobra uma taxa diaria de turismo por pessoa que nǎo foi informada anteriormente, so descobri na hora do check out. Não tem 1 filtro de agua potavel para os hospedes. As janelas do quarto são bem sujas.
