Attitude of front of house staff when I questioned why my reserved and acknowledged parking had not been provided and was unavailable. Receiving 5 seperate emails from the hotel in regard to my booking. Staff very offensive in reference to parking situation and determined to prove that pre arrival car park booking was not an option. The information contained within the booking.com page needs to be updated to reflect the true non availability of parking
Location is ideal for a walk around
Great Location, Rooms are Good quality, Resturant is great lots of choice I was leaving before Breakfast so they made me a Sandwich to take with me ,Great Service and Grerat Value for Money
Carpark is a bit small I had to park on the Road which is the only thing I can think of

All good. Maybe just a lack of comfortable seating in the evening as they just have a couple of chesterfields to sit on .

Absolutely lovely, was so comfortable & clean, the staff were so very friendly made me feel so very welcome it was like a home from home, they can’t do enough for you, breakfast was amazing & the food at dinner was excellent, so nice to find somewhere that has everything to offer.

Nothing it was a great stay
The decor in the bedroom, corridors and especially the dining room was cosy and classy. The food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was superb. The Eggs Benedict was perfect. Evening meal had a good choice and was lovely. Compliments to the chef. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect and I loved our sea view.
Some tables in dining room were very drafty when doors opened.Apart from that everything was great.

Food service stopped really early, wasnt aware.
No real entertainmemt for the evening.
They did have a singer but it was awful.
Greeted with a friendly manner as soon as we arrived , sorry can't remember his name but he was exceptional. Booked us in and gave us all the information we needed, very attentive ,room spotlessly clean, cosy and a fab view , tea and coffee provided. The food in the restaurant was amazing! We woll definitely be returning even just for a drink and a meal.
