Washroom needs to be kept cleaned. The place is good otherwise.
Good location. Good staff. Clean, comfortable.
It was good over all. A pod is a pod - so you can’t control other people (who were making noise). But the staff was friendly and helpful and everything was clean.
Great location, property was clean, looked brand new and most importantly they had a genuinely kind staff! Im grateful for my stay here!
Very clean hostel. Located in a very nice touristy neighborhood. A bit of a walk from the nearest MTR station.
The property is 5/5 just that the pictures updated for single rooms are not up to date. I had chosen a different room setup which was a little spacious as per the photos uploaded on various sites but in reality it was a smaller version of it. When I enquired at the reception they mentioned the photos are not upto date and spacious one (one which is uploaded) aren't available anymore
This is my fourth stay at The Pod. I highly recommend this property. Each time I have stayed, I have had a great experience, and the staff are excellent and very attentive. The price was very reasonable for such a central location. There are ample bathroom and shower facilities, and the sleeping areas are kept at a comfortable temperature.

Accommodation was good, beds comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was friendly, could be better at providing information regarding places to eat and transportation.
Easy location by bus from the downtown. Limited food options nearby, close to Suntec Mall easy to walk and get the hop on bus.
Overall it was a good stay.
Clean hostel and easy to get to
We didn’t really like the space in the hostel room. We were placed right in front of the door and the blind does not really help. Blind was very transparent.

Cheap , with ac in pod area, area fits two small carry ons to store and lock. Bathrooms area needed a lot more frequent attention due to the amount of use.
The only setback for this place is that when people don't follow rules, there's totally no sound-barrier so you would hear 100% of noise people make.
Loved the 24 hours reception, staff were so lovely and helpful! Bed was comfy! Wished there was a shelf in the pod, but otherwise So happy!
