Cons:

Literie très mauvaise, la douche est de mauvaise qualité. L'hôtel est un Airbnb déguisé, nous n'avons croisé personne.

Location is great. Close to everything.

The walls are thin so you hear movement a lot.

Un véritable désastre
Cons:

Le séjour a été une véritable déception.

Nous étions logés dans la chambre 9, dont l’aménagement était peu fonctionnel et mal pensé. Les toilettes étaient extrêmement exiguës, et la douche, dotée d’une vitre transparente, se trouvait directement en face du lit, ce qui manque clairement d’intimité. De plus, le lit annoncé comme étant un queen ne correspondait pas à cette taille. La présence d’un lavabo directement dans la chambre nous a également surpris : je comprends la volonté de donner un cachet ancien, mais cela reste peu pratique et inapproprié.

Concernant le confort, le chauffage ne dépassait pas 22 degrés, alors qu’il faisait environ -10°C à l’extérieur et qu’il neigeait. Cela a rendu le séjour particulièrement inconfortable.

Pour couronner le tout, des travaux ont débuté dès 7h du matin le lendemain. Lorsque nous avons contacté la réception pour signaler la situation, nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse concrète. Pire encore, des discussions bruyantes entre membres du personnel ont eu lieu juste devant notre porte, aggravant encore davantage la situation.

Nous avons dû rappeler une seconde fois pour exprimer clairement notre mécontentement et notre inconfort. Ce n’est qu’aux alentours de midi que l’on nous a recontactés pour nous proposer un changement de chambre.

À noter que nous avions déjà demandé à changer de chambre avant notre arrivée, mais cette demande avait été refusée, sous prétexte qu’il fallait passer par Booking. Il est donc surprenant de constater que cela est finalement devenu possible une fois les problèmes survenus.

La fenestration !
La propreté..
Le cachet! Et que nous étions proche de tout à pied.
Le stationnement d'Youville, nous à couté qur 20$ pour 24 heures et 11 minutes de marche de la chambre.
Nous étions la pendant la St Patrick, de la notre stationnement plus loin.

Cons:

Qu'il n'y est pas de frigo, mais on le savait.

Satisfaisant pour dépanner un soir et certaines lacunes faciles à corriger par l'administration

La localisation géographique, la propreté, l'accès facile par codes numériques (aucun personnel sur place), le confort du lit

Cons:

Salle de bain (avec lavabo à l'extérieur...) très , très petite ; zéro garde-robe, même pas un crochet pour suspendre un manteau ; oreillers inconfortables (trop volumineux) ; le chauffage (climatiseur mural + télécommande) reste une énigme à résoudre ; absence de miroir plein pied. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de stationnement propre à l'établissement est corrigé par plusieurs stationnements payants aux alentours.

Cons:

La cuisine était fermée, la télé ne fonctionnait pas dans les 2 chambres. J'étais pas capable de connecter mon cell à la télé, ou mettre netflix, il manquait la manette. C'était juste les chaînes de bases qui fonctionnaient.

It was a beautiful and clean hotel. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Quebec City.
Pros:

The room was beautiful! It is styled very nicely with an old-timey feel. It was very clean as well. The location was amazing! We walked everywhere on our stay. It is just a few minutes walk to most restaurants, shops, markets, and other hotels.

Cons:

The price of the room ended up being about 100 more than what was listed when I booked it on Booking.com. I am not sure how that happened.
