Cleanliness. Absolutely dirty stained rugs. Dusty room. Centipede in the bathroom. Room lighting needs improvement. Help desk to be more proactive in terms of response.

Great atmosphere with a lively vibe and a comfortable noise level that made the experience enjoyable. The service was excellent, especially Ujjwal Kumar, who was attentive, polite, and made sure everything was well taken care of. Overall, a wonderful experience with great hospitality and ambience.

Best Business Hotel in the heart of the town who has Professional staffs with great humility

Hilton Jaipur is a iconic hotel and best in hospitality.
All the staffs are well mannered and have best professional etiquette.

Decent hotel but a bit outdated
Pros:

Decent hotel in a fairly central location. Breakfast has an excellent spread and everything we tried was tasty. Staff are professional and polite. Room size is good and all the basic amenities are present. Overall this is a decent hotel for the price paid but some improvements needed as written below.

Cons:

Didn't feel like a 5 star hotel, the room and other facilities felt a bit outdated and room cleanliness and comfort was below par for a 5 star property. Also, the service was slow at the restaurant and staff at the reception could be more friendly and welcoming.

Too good to expect!
Pros:

One of the best guest experience that I came across in Jaipur. The food experience is excellent as well. Front desk assistants muskan and Sanskriti helped us with check in and check out. We are a large party with a group of 12 people and still got the best experience. Overall top notch guest service.
