Cleanliness. Absolutely dirty stained rugs. Dusty room. Centipede in the bathroom. Room lighting needs improvement. Help desk to be more proactive in terms of response.

During the call, the representative staff was not actively listening and For one thing i called them multiple time, which doesn't meet the standard of luxury hotels.
