La piscine ! C'est regrettable d'avoir une piscine de cette qualité de devoir l'entretenir et d'y voir personne au prétexte qu'elle n'est pas chauffée durant cette période. C'est dommage et triste de gaspiller autant d'énergie pour rien.
Stay was very comfortable at Hilton jaipur. Shruti, harshit and Stuti at front desk were very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend the hotel.

The customer service at the Hilton is one of a kind especially Abhishek who gave great recommendations for our dinner: Laal Maas with Phulka in ghee, rice, sago papad and triangular crisps. He treated me like a princess 😊 Thank you Abhishek!

Good location but away from the very busy centre. A cheap auto journey to destinations around the city. Had a lovely friendly and welcoming feel. Room was comfortable and very clean. The pool and gym were great. Staff were all friendly and helpful
The breakfast service was a bit chaotic. Food was excellent and, having watched the staff, they were definitely all trying to do a good job but there seemed confusion of roles where managers were sometimes clearing tables rather than looking around and giving clear instructions. It meant that sometimes it took ages to get, for example, a teaspoon. It’s a minor problem and amused us rather than detracting from our stay. It looked like it is a training issue. Everything else was great and the staff were all really polite and helpful
Nidhi and Swati and harshit are at the reception . They are so welcoming . Warm and helpful . They helped me with so much and made my stay extremely pleasant. The food is great, the staff is Amazing and friendly and the rooms are nice and clean . I would definetly advise people to stay here.
