Pros:

Sumit & Shruti at the reception were very helpful, kind, polite and professional. They deserve genuine praise for their candour.

Cons:

I was, however disappointed with the response time of room service, calls to room service going unanswered, and some of the staff members - there was a certain abruptness, arrogance & tone in their responses (unwarrantedly - since I was nothing but polite & respectful even during conversations where there were significant delays in performance of various functions)
Overall, a good hotel and I may select it again in the future. But do please consider my feedback on your staff’s general lack of conviviality & attitude.

Highly Recommendable For Stay In Centre Of Jaipur.

Mediocre Hotel with 5 star title
Pros:

The only thing I liked were the food and the staff in the restaurant only.

Cons:

Reception staff are very rude. They talk to people with arrogance and attitude. No customer service skills at all especially swathi and the other 2 ladies at reception. Room was dusty, rug was dirty and stunk. Drainage system of shower was a joke.

Pros:

Swati helped us immensely. She went above and beyond when we forgot our valuable documents in room locker after checkout. She personally called me and made sure documents were safe until we collected it. Great service and staff.

Nice hotel but bit aged.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location. The staff are good and the restaurant is good especially for breakfast. Good selection of gluten free options.

Cons:

The hotel is dated. The furniture is dark. The swimming pool is poor as well as the spa.
