Wonderful hotel. Staff very helpful. Food is delicious. Pool area could do with a few more sun beds but am being a little pedantic. Keep an eye out for Abishek in the restaurant, he will help you navigate all the Indian foods you haven’t tried but must. He was very good!

We recently went for a holiday at Hilton, Jaipur, where we stayed in an Executive Room with access to the Executive Lounge. While the room was well-sized, it lacked 'newness' and had a somewhat dated appearance.
The hotel features several dining options, including the Krystal Bar, a multi-cuisine restaurant, an Indian specialty restaurant, and a rooftop bar. The breakfast was lavish, and Gopal took excellent care to ensure we were well-catered to. Our check-in was handled by Shruti, who was both warm and hospitable throughout the process.
However, the Executive Lounge was a disappointing experience. It had a noticeable smell of wet carpet and offered a very limited selection of liquor; even the snacks were far too basic.
On a positive note, we enjoyed drinks at the Krystal Bar, where Ujjwal, the bartender, served us. He was highly professional, and every drink he prepared was exceptional. Overall, despite some inconsistencies, our stay was comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Suitably located, well priced and excellent rooms and service. Complete value for money hotel for family. The hotel made special decorations for our anniversary as well. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent woth a good spread and taste. Moreover, the chefs Tareshwar and Diwan ensured satisfaction by going out of their way and making Pizza and Pyaz Kachori for our family on request.

We recently travelled to Jaipur after a long time, mainly to show our young son the rich history of our country. We chose Hilton Jaipur for our stay, and I’m really glad we did.

From the start, everything was smooth. Mr. Dipender handled our booking effortlessly, and the reception team made our check-in warm and easy. A special touch we truly appreciated was the complimentary food for our child—it meant a lot to us.

The gym and pool staff were very supportive with our daily routine and especially kind while helping our son during his swim. The breakfast team was wonderful too, always attentive and going out of their way to make us comfortable. I may not remember everyone’s names, but people like Abhishek stood out for his energy and helpfulness, and even the chief of security was actively managing the busy weekend crowd so smoothly.

Room service was always quick, and checkout was hassle-free.

Overall, we had a lovely 3-night stay. A big thank you to the entire team for making our trip so comfortable and for making Jaipur feel even more special.

My stay at Hilton Jaipur was an excellent experience and one I’ll remember for a long time. Even though Hilton is a globally recognized brand, the hospitality here felt refreshingly personal rather than routine.

The location is a big advantage—well-connected and ideal for exploring Jaipur’s key attractions without spending too much time commuting.

What truly made the stay special was the people. The staff across all departments were consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely focused on guest comfort. A special shout-out to Sumit and Nidhi at the front desk, whose professionalism and warm approach made check-in, assistance, and overall coordination effortless. He truly represents the high service standards of the property.

The dining experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of options and prompt service that never felt rushed.

Overall, Hilton Jaipur delivers a perfect balance of comfort, efficiency, and thoughtful hospitality. I would confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Jaipur who values great service and a seamless stay experience.

5/5 experience at the Hilton Jaipur. The team went out of their way to make the experience absolutely memorable. The rooms were brilliant, large and very comfortable. The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city.

The breakfast experience was outstanding. Abhishek is a magician! He goes out of their way to make breakfast a fantastic experience. Ensured every little detail from what food we should have, to ensuring we got everything served beautifully at the table.

Neeya is another quiet star! She kept an eye out for every little need of ours and went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience.

Both of them deserve the greatest thanks for making us feel royal in a city of royalty ❤️
