It’s was good and gym was nice or breakfast was amazing
We absolutely loved everything about the Jaipur Hilton - except for an issue with laundry, or more precisely, an issue with front desk management's response over a problem with our laundry.
We wanted some items to be washed and machine dried and others only washed but not dried. We put the clothing items in two separate bags and wrote a note on each indicating the wash/dry instructions, and put both bags into the hotel's laundry bag.
Unfortunately, all the laundry was machine dried. Mistakes happen.
On check-out we brought this to the attention of the young woman on duty. She apologized, was sympathetic, and said she would have to call a manager/supervisor. When the female manager arrived, we re-explained the situation. The manager made a phone call and clicked on the computer for a while, then said she spoke with the laundry person and they said they did the laundry correctly/as requested, implying that we had not written the two notes detailing the instructions, and that no error had been made by the laundry people. Essentially saying that we were being deceitful. After being at the front desk calmly dealing with this for 10 minutes, I said our driver was waiting, we couldn't stay any longer to deal with this, and we would just pay and go. The manager reluctantly said she could give us a 50% discount. No apology or retraction was offered. She was very cool and businesslike. We paid and left. We felt like our integrity had been questioned.
For staff training purposes, I would suggest that in instances like this, the front desk manager should simply say something like "I'm so sorry that happened. What can I do to make it right? Would you accept a 50% deduction on the charge?". The manager should not imply that the guest is being deceitful, which is what we felt she was suggesting. In this case, we felt the biggest problem wasn't with the laundry being done incorrectly, but with the conduct of the manager.

WiFi was a disaster
The hotel staff are excellent there positive attitude through us made our stay much better. Jaiveer checked me in and did check out as well. He is very accommodating and welcoming.
Had to wait for room as we arrived early however he was so sweet to offer us with coffee very great gesture.
Room was quite good .

Thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jaiveer(Duty manager). He was extremely polite and ready to help throughout my stay.
From check in to check out he made sure that all my needs were taken care of with great attention. Room was very specious with wonderful view of Nahargarh fort on 8th floor.

We needed a hotel for three nights in Jaipur and i was looking into a five star heritage hotel rather than a modern one. However I realised those are over priced for the services they provide. I reluctantly went into a western but trusted brand - Hilton. However I was pleasantly surprised.
The lobby is nice and spacious. The staff are very friendly, respectful and helpful. We had daily buffet breakfast at the restaurant. It had an excellent selection of Indian dishes and a pretty good one of western food. Masala tea wasnt that good but there were enough other selections. Rooms were spacious, clean with comfortable furniture. Shower design was such the water took long to drain but the overall bathrooms were excellent. Rooms were clean and quiet despite the street being close- an important element in India.
Outdoor swimming pool is medium size and I didnt use the gym as too busy sightseeing and eating - will workout after I return to US. There is not much of grounds around the hotel but cant expect from a hotel in this part of the city. The location is pretty good as there is a small mall nearby and the sightseeing spots are about 1/2 to 1 hour away. Hilton Honors status didnt provide us anything special.
Our overall impression was we would strongly recommend this hotel.

My room was immaculate, thoughtfully arranged with every detail designed for comfort—plush bedding, a fully stocked minibar. Thank you so very much Jaiveer for going out of the box to fulfill my preference.Housekeeping was thorough and discreet, maintaining the room impeccably during my stay. Throughout my time at the hotel, I was continually impressed by the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. Whether I had a question about the facilities or needed assistance with a special request, they were quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The dining options were also top-notch,expertly prepared dishes, and impeccable service. It was clear that the hotel places a premium on guest experience, and every interaction reflected a commitment to excellence. I left feeling truly pampered and appreciated, making it an unforgettable stay.
Just took this moment to thank all the staff especially Mr. Jaiveer, he is too sweet and I feel the staff like him is a true asset to the company. Need more professionalism like him. We will definitely come back.
