Pros:

La posizione fantastica, a pochi minuti a piedi da Time Square e soprattutto dall Empire State Building. La zona molto tranquilla con supermercati e ristoranti di ogni genere a una manciata di passi. L atmosfera di sera veramente avvolgente, tra grattacieli illuminatissimi e negozi attraenti. La gentilezza del personale della hall dell albergo degna di menzione, cosa volere di più?

Cons:

Le camere non sono molto grandi e la macchina del caffè e del thè non funzionava. Per noi però non è stato un problema, dal momento che facevamo colazione da Gregori's, proprio di fronte all hotel.

Pros:

The location was perfect. A cofde shop and subway across the street, and an easy walk to so many shops, restaurants, and attractions including Times Square!

Pros:

The location is really very good, in such big city still feels that everything is around you. The best site seeings are actually in walking distance.

In some rooms they have fixed shower 🚿 tap which is really uncomfortable..

Hotel semplicemente perfetto!
Pros:

Posizione fantastica! Perfetta per girare a piedi, e fermata della metro 6 proprio di fronte all’hotel.
Stanza piccola ma con tutti i comfort, personale molto disponibile e gentile.
Colazione top! Lo consiglio vivamente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Breakfast was decent. Location was quite good - near subway and convenient within the city itself.

Cons:

Staff was courteous but not very friendly. They dropped the ball on coordinating connecting rooms for us despite me calling multiple times ahead of the reservation to request and remind. This was an inconvenience for me, my wife, and our three kids... despite the hotel's ability to put us on the same floor in close proximity. Had someone at the hotel been paying closer attention to our request in the days leading up to our reservation, this need for a connecting room could have been met. Separately, the bar adjacent to the hotel had a rooftop patio that was quite loud all night on Saturday.

NICE STAY
Pros:

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn since my niece and nephew were in the 2026 St Patrick’s Day Parade. Due to flight issues, we arrived at the hotel around 1:30am. We were greeted and quickly checked in. Elevators were pretty quick and we were off to our room on the 16th floor. Our king bed room was on the small side but that is to be expected in NYC where space is at a premium. Everything was clean and quiet. The a/c and shower worked fine. The lighting wasn’t the greatest though. Only other complaint was the ice machine on 16 never worked. I had to go to 18th floor to get ice. Hotel is located very close to a subway station as well. On check out day, we were promptly checked out and away we went. If we come back to NYC, I would not hesitate to stay here again

Excelente ubicacion para conocer la ciudad de New York; accesibilidad a cualquier medio de transporte y a distancias cortas de todas las atracciones de la ciudad. Todo el personal muy amable y si lo desean tambien hablan español. Muy recomendable para volver.

Pros:

Hotel excelentemente ubicado cerquísima del metro. Miuy limpio.Camas muy cómodas.Personal muy atento a nuestras necesidades.

Cons:

Las almohadas para nosotros eran incómodas . El precio algo elevado , pero es lo normal en el centro de NY..De las dos habitaciones las de 4 personas tenia un armario minúsculo. El de la otra habitación de 2 personas era mucho más grande.
