員工態度非常差勁 問了有沒有更大的房間 給的回應是兩張床的不能升級 房間非常小 行李箱都放不下 隔音很差 房間很舊 有霉味 明明訂了最貴的房型 結果櫃檯員工敷衍了事
我問了隔天一早退房有沒有辦法 員工表示沒辦法 態度很差勁 問了能不能退款也不回應 真的很糟糕 被網路上的圖片騙了
