Hotel Location, friendly staff and breakfast were very good.

Cons:

Issue I had was the loud noise throughout the night due to room air conditioner off/on noisy process, fire truck siren, police siren, garbage truck and other street traffic noise making it uncomfortable to sleep. I'm aware some of the items describe are out of your control but just wanted to make awareness.

Les lits sont confortables et la localisation de l’hôtel est vraiment bonne.

Cons:

Le personnel !!!! Très hautain, à chaque fois que nous sommes rentrés dans l’hôtel pas un bonjour / bonne journée ni même de sourire ! Un peu déplorable, cela ternit l’image de l’hôtel et je n’irai plus ici pour mes prochains séjours à NY.

Quiet convenient and very welcoming
Pros:

Location/. and Overall Value /. and your Staff are all very good.

Cons:

Room was very small then aggravated by poor interior design (too much structured furniture making it hard to use)
HVAC was not working properly
Lighting poor - either overlit or dark

I would go back again - I think that's about sums it up.
Pros:

Location was great. Second time we stay there. This time was even better. It was very clean, comfortable and the stuff was very helpful. We also used the washing machine what was a great plus for us.

Cons:

Would have been nice to get a better free wi-if.

Good location, fair value for money
Pros:

Located in a very central area of NY, walking distance from metro stations, restaurants, shops and attractions in midtown. A few blocks away from Flatiron, which is a very nice part of midtown.
Room size is very decent for NY standards at this price range and they are really as advertised.

Cons:

Lots of trash on the sidewalk where the hotel is located, and the works taking place on nearby avenues.
Couple of days, the cleaning was not well carried out, needed to call twice for towels replenishment.
