There’s no buffet style breakfast
Es ist ein sehr sehr schönes Hotel. Sauber. rechts um die Ecke ist ein wahnsinnig gutes Restaurant. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ich konnte von meinem zimmer aus sogar das meer sehen. Personal war sehr höflich
Breakfast wasn't the best, that was probably the only issue we had. Everything else was great.The feeling of coming back in the evenings to clean towels and clean room was awesome!

Nos alojamos aquí en dos ocasiones al llegar al país y la noche antes de irnos.
La primera vez nos alojamos aquí por 2 días y la piscina estaba cerrada por reformas / mantenimiento y no pudimos hacer uso.
La segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí el hotel entero estaba cerrado por un problema con el aire acondicionado, lo que se nos comunicó al llegar al propio hotel con la intención de hacer el check in. El hotel hizo las gestiones necesarias para que nos alojasemos en otro hotel, sin ningún coste añadido, pero tras llegar tarde de un largo viaje no fue el recibimiento que esperábamos
I was charged twice for the service I received and it has been a month since I don’t get any resolution even though I started asking for support from even before checking in when I realised that my reservation was made doubled by mistake. The property is totally aware of these that excuse themselves on passing the problem to booking and booking to the property. At the end, no one proceeded to reimbursing the double charge.
Quarto muito confortável , amplo e com tudo que precisava no banheiro . Hotel mais tranquilo na época em que fui então o café da manhã foi servido a lá carte . Destaque para o funcionário Fernando muito simpático e gentil
Fiquei 6 noites e na última noite uma amiga veio dormir no meu quarto que era duplo, nem iríamos tomar café da manhã pois partiríamos cedo para san blas . Eles foram irredutíveis em relação a uma taxa extra que eu teria que pagar , achei que faltou um pouco de flexibilidade
