El desayuno y la ubicación del hotel son excelentes!!
The rooms are very good and they provide a lot of bathroom products that make your stay more comfortable. The hotel is always clean and does not smell of humidity.
Kevin no longer works there; he was a great asset to the hotel, and I strongly recommend that the new owners consider rehiring him.

Durante nuestra estancia de seis noches, el personal accedió a nuestra habitación y retiró cervezas y fruta de la nevera sin realizar limpieza ni retirar la basura, a pesar de que nuestra salida era al día siguiente.
Cabe señalar que, en nuestra última noche, avisamos en recepción de que iríamos al aeropuerto a intentar coger un vuelo, pero que la habitación estaba pagada y existía una alta probabilidad de regresar. De hecho, desde el aeropuerto confirmamos que volvíamos al hotel y a nuestra misma habitación.
Aun así, se produjo esta situación, que consideramos inaceptable y que genera desconfianza.
Además, tras comunicarlo en recepción, no recibimos disculpas ni reposición de lo retirado, siendo nuestra queja ignorada.
It was a central location, and the views from the hotel room were absolutely beautiful and breathtaking! And the high floor to wall windows made the views even better. The cleaning staff was also very friendly and thorough.
Things that SHOULD have been easy and straight forward were made unnecessarily difficult/bothersome! Rather then simply writing down the wifi password, they said it verbally and of course it didn't work. When I called for towels I was repeatedly told they were being sent up immediately, yet after over 20 minutes and several calls, there were still no towels brought. Yet really the worst experience was with the valet/parking situation. For some odd reason for the first few days of my stay EVERY time I arrived at the hotel the valet or security person would ask me how many people were in the car. Additionally, early on in my stay i happened to misplace my valet tag but still had a photo of it. Yet for whatever reason the staff acted like it was a serious issue. I was asked the SAME questions by multiple people, had to wait several minutes, and it was topped off by a staff member getting onto the elevator with me to WITNESS me use my key to go to my floor and escort me to my floor! Although this may have been an isolated incident, what is not is that the valet leaves at 10 pm and the parking gate is closed! So if you arrive or want to leave later then that you will have to wait minutes for security to come out and open the gate for you. (I know from first hand experience the person at the front desk won't do it)
Lastly the pool is VERY small, the bed was SUPER firm, and even though the room LOOKS beautiful at first glance the design provided minimal privacy while using the bathroom. The front door actually opens up to the DOORLESS bathroom sink area, and since there was no cover for the door's peep hole it'd be presumably possible for anyone who happened to be at your door to see you as you come out of the shower.
This hotel is a gem. It's a bit further from the centre of the neighborhood but the standard makes up for it. Tastefully decorated rooms and common areas, well-equipped gym, pleasant pool area, super friendly staff, convenience store and a café nearby.
There are no doors between the bathroom and the sleeping area. The bathroom is large and well-designed, though.

Spacious Layout: We were very impressed with the size of the room and the bathroom. There was plenty of space to move around and feel comfortable.
Cleanliness: Overall, the hotel and the room felt clean and well-maintained.
Late Check-out: A big plus was that the hotel kindly allowed us a late check-out until 6pm. There was a fee involved, but it was very reasonable and absolutely worth it for the extra convenience.
Stained Furniture: While the room was generally clean, there were visible stains on the carpet and the armchair. This was quite unappealing and definitely needs attention from the housekeeping team.
Unexpected Deposit: Upon check-in, we were required to pay a €100 security deposit. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced a deposit of this amount before
Hôtel moderne, chambre bien dévorée, propre et paisible. Hôtel bien situé, avec un gymnase bien équipé et une piscine agréable et peu achalandée. Personnel attentionné.

Im Nachbarzimmer wurde ab 1:00 morgens laute Musik gehört und laute Diskussionen geführt, möglicherweise unter Alkoholeinfluss.erst nach mehrmaligen Klopfen an der Wand wurde es etwas besser.
