Loved fresh sheets every day and also to have the turn down service! Very clean and aroma therapy in the hall to greet me! All the staff were quite cordial - great hospitality!!

El primer día no me hicieron el aseo, lo tuve que solicitar, el segundo día se les olvidaron colocar toallas, la comida a la carta se siente casera no de chef, estaba rica pero no como de hotel 5 estrellas

Chegamos cedo apesar do hotel estar "vazio" não nos concederam um early check in pudemos ocupar o quarto apenas após as 12:00 mediante ao pagamento de 55,00 dólares adicionais.
Como o hotel estava vazio não serviram o café da manhã na forma de buffet mas sim a la carte sem informarem na reserva.
Sinceramente se soubesse disso não teria realizado a reserva.
