HORRIBLE PEOPLE!
Cons:

Horrible customer service
Want my money back. The front desk representative yelled at me after trying to deny me the right to escalate an issue to a supervisor. Never attempted to di-escalate the situation. The two managers that I spoke to didn’t try to provide customer satisfaction and I never got an apology for the yelling and the overall situation.

Pros:

I knew the Hotel before and had my second stay. I had a room in the 16th floor with amazing view.

Cons:

I missed the cosy benches at the pool they had before.
