The room size was spacious and the view was very nice. The location is at the end of Patong Beach, with Bangla Road only about a 10–15 minute walk away. Thank you housekeeping team for the room decorations.
However, the midnight front office uncle did not seem very helpful. We requested assistance to open our room because we accidentally left the room key inside, but he did not pay attention and continued watching a movie on his mobile phone. After asking a second time, he slowly got up from the sofa and went to the counter to get a replacement key.
Nice room with a tube. Wonderful view. Staff was incredible!
Very dirty pool, gym worked only till 8 pm, usually it should be 24/7. I didn’t have a hot water in the bathroom. It is good for one night, not for a long stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Patong Signature Boutique Hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were extremely respectful, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were excellent, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the location was very convenient.
Honestly, one of the best hotels I stayed at in Thailand, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

Nothing really- restraunt food was average, but not bad.
The location, as it was on the beach but away from the busy Bangla Road precinct. The pool area was small but ok for a dip.
The beach is opposite, so you had the best of both worlds.
The breakfast was basic.
Incredible noise from street, the floor and walls had holes, beds were cheap and uncomfortable spring beds, some of the lights didnt work, wall sockets were incredibly loose, even a small charger was falling out, bathtub was disgusting, shower as well

The staff are really friendly, always smiling and nice. They gave me free breakfast after booking my secondary night with the pool room.
Location is perfect, 7eleven 2 mins walk and the hotel is on the beachfront.
I booked the room with private pool inside. In the hall way on the way to the room there was a old used sofa there which made it look untidy.
Inside the room, the pool area really needs a clean with the mirrors at the top having finger prints and weird looking residue on them. Really made for bad pictures and didn't really wanna use the pool when I seen it was abit unkept.
