Friendliness of staff, even with the language barrier they all made an effort to use Google Translate to communicate.

Breakfast buffet spread was 10/10, we were also allowed to check in at 10am instead of waiting till 3pm which was great.

The room was tidy and neat, all the comfort you need from a standard hotel
