Excellent hotel
Pros:

Lovely place to stay, have done a great job with the interior

Cons:

Room was a bit cold on arrival and room too small to navigate around, only a small table mirror, it could do with a full one near to the door area.

Beautiful venue, helpful staff, room was such a great size

Cons:

Little bit unclear when booking as room had 1 double and 2 single bunks but wasn't allowing to book for 3 - staff were helpful with booking

Pros:

Lovely venue, well situated for easy access to Barnard Castle
The staff were all so helpful and friendly
Excellent food
Definitely going to stay again and the dog loved it too, bed, blanket, bowls, treats and a ball were all provided

Comfortable, romantic
Pros:

Everything was so clean, everyone was so polite and helpful. The room was beautiful, bathroom was so clean and for me that’s a big thing. Food is beautiful

Pros:

Bedrooms were cosy and clean. Restaurant and bar close to room with outside seating area.

Cons:

The direction signs for the hotel were none existent. We waited 45 minutes for breakfast and after waiting 20 minutes for a pot of tea and coffee.

Fantastic and a wonderful place if you are planning a wedding 😉
Pros:

Very very nice, staff was fantastic, would we stay again YES

Cons:

Things that would make it better, would be sliders for the hot tub as gravel on the outside floor, and hot tub lids need to be lighter as some people will find them difficult to put on and off, but this is my thoughts, but still fantastic regardless

Lovely stay would return.
Pros:
