It was beautiful!!! The rooms were very clean, nice supply of coffee and tea in the room, and overall just a relaxing place to be.
The food. My husband and I went to breakfast our second day there and it was not what I expected at such a wonderful hotel. My pancakes were undercooked and my sausage was burned. As much as we paid for breakfast, I would expect better.

Price
My major issue is the lack of working elevators. Per the employees, the service elevators were not working, therefore they were tying up the elevators also. This was a terrible experience as my husband and I are senior citizens and using the stairs to the 8th floor was not an option given our medical issues. Otherwise everything else was good.
Great location! Employees were very friendly. Bartenders especially friendly and make great cocktails. The hotel was crazy busy when we arrived. Valet parking is only option but it was friendly and quick. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
The room was nice even though I didn't have a view. The lighting in the bathroom is not great. The bathroom could also use a vent. The hotel has 6 elevators and only 3 were operational. So it was frustrating when trying to move when you have hundreds of people trying to attend the same event. The check in/out process was quick and easy. Valet was exceptional, I was quoted a 10 minute wait time for my vehicle and I was barely 5 minutes. Overall I would come back again.

The valet parking was really bad took us 45 min going around in circles and was told that's what we are to do till the next available space comes along ,people were double parking yet we were told we couldn't finally my husband double parked
Whent over to the booth and told them we have been waiting and they finally helped us!
The room was nice. Service was friendly.
Room wasn't ready at check-in time, I intially had to park my own car, valet was that backed up. The bathroom mirror light did NOT work, so the bathroom was very poorly llight by the two overhead llights. Valet coming back to the hotel had an attitude that "we will be very busy in the morning" like he was trying to talk us out of using their service.

Shower door was off track. Someone could have gotten hurt if they would have leaned on it. They did fix it though. I was surprised to find it like that in the first place
It was amazing to stay at renaissance but the most important part I would like to highlight was the checkin process I clearly remember her name she was so sweet absolutely amazing person yes I’m talking about Raine she went beyond for making my request go smooth everytime she was so nice to me and my friend she gave us a good room with a good view also the gentleman with the hat at the time
Of checkout was so helpful the staff was on top notch. I would love to come back just for the amazing staff .
Location is great for a Reds Game. The beds were comfy. Staff was very nice.
It was very convenient for what we needed.
I requested a view of either the ball park or river and I got a view of another building. An apartment building.
Close to the venue, had a restaurant downstairs, very clean and staff were lovely!
Although it was expensive, the fact that we didn't have to drive to the venue mad it super convenient!
