We love the location- this is one of my favorite hotels snd we stay often.
Cons:

The only complaint that I have is that only 1 elevator was working. They locked the other ones off. ( we were on the 18th floor- so walking up stairs was not an option).

A good spot in the middle of everything.
Pros:

Nice room and a nice bar. Staff helped us fulfill our special booking request after Booking did not forward it to the hotel. The location is excellent for everything from downtown fun to sports venues.

Cons:

Be warned: Booking.com does not forward any special requests to the hotel. We found out the hard way! Call them yourself if you have a special room request.

As someone who regularly books stays for our executive team and guests, I can highly recommend the Renaissance Cincinnati Downtown. The feedback is consistently positive: our guests always feel exceptionally well cared for, safe, and comfortable at the hotel.

I would especially like to highlight the outstanding collaboration with Rejfo, Sara, and the entire team. They respond quickly, are incredibly reliable, and handle every request with genuine professionalism and warmth. Whether it’s last-minute bookings, special requests, or coordination around logistics—everything is managed smoothly and at a very high standard.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing staff!
Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel! So much history in the building which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. The rooms are updated, spacious, and beautiful. We were welcomed and checked in with ease! The valet team, culinary team, and management team ensured a seamless stay. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay downtown! Location is perfect. Thanks to the team at Renaissance for an amazing stay.
