The front desk staff is exceptional, especially Jontae Williams!
Pros:

Location is good. I am familiar with the area, someone not familiar might find it a bit too close to business district. Not any shopping close or markets or museums.

Cons:

The furniture and carpets are getting a bit tattered.

Bed was comfortable but almost felt like you could not get lighting in the bathroom.

Cons:

Considering this is an upper end hotel getting double charged for my stay when it was paid in full 5 days prior to my stay and now having to wait 7 days because they can’t move forward with the refund on the double charge then knowing it takes 10 days to process is very unprofessional for a business in my opinion. Most likely will never stay at this hotel again considering I paid 100 for parking for two nights never received a call from the manager. To me seems they do not really care about a mistake that’s happened on the hotels end.

It was good for the rate compared to other hotels, but was still overpriced for what the bathroom and parking conditions
Pros:

We were close to a lot of places & events.

Cons:

Our bathroom was not clean, bathroom trash still had old trash from someone else and for what we paid for valet the wait was extremely long when we went to check out even over an hour before check out time.

We enjoyed our overnight visit to Cincinnati Ohio for a sporting event!
Pros:

Location was great for our event.Check in was efficient and friendly. Valet parking was convenient and reasonably priced considering the traffic at the time. We were disappointed in the on location restaurant. We wanted small bite after our ballgame. Wouldn't seat my husband and I because they had reservations coming in.My son and his friend did order carry out. Said it was expensive and probably microwave warmed up frozen foods. That was our only issue and not really the hotel.

Cons:

On site restaurant too busy to seat us with nobody in there. Food for take out was expensive and low quality. Lighting in room and bathroom was poor.

Pros:

シンシナティ・レッズの本拠地球場に近く歩いて行ける。

Cons:

部屋のグレード次第とはいえ、バスタブがあってほしかった。
シアトルのルネサンスホテルと比べると、具体的に指摘できないものの、いろいろな点で少しずつ、ほんの少しずつグレードが低いような感じを受けた。
Wifi は、現代では遅い方というだけではなく、ネットワーク構成の関係なのか、メールが送れない場合がある。また、インターネットTVでyoutubeを見ていたら、途中でフリーズしてしまうことも再三だった。

We love the location- this is one of my favorite hotels snd we stay often.
Cons:

The only complaint that I have is that only 1 elevator was working. They locked the other ones off. ( we were on the 18th floor- so walking up stairs was not an option).
