Great check-in experience! Emma at the front desk was a pure pleasure to talk with. Emma has amazing customer service skills, very professional and polite.

My son and I stayed here for a staycation and it was amazing! The staff was very accommodating and Michelle made sure to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! I’ll definitely be returning!

This is my favorite place to stay anytime I am in the Charlotte area. The front desk is always so kind and helpful. It is near the Ballantyne Bowl, which is great if you're looking for good places to eat. Highly recommend staying here.

I came here for a business trip and needed some where Clean and close to different shopping centers. This place exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming into town for business trip or just a safe clean place to stay when you’re in Charlotte.

I had an amazing stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Charlotte Ballantyne this past February! From the moment I arrived, the experience was welcoming, comfortable, and truly memorable.

One of the biggest highlights of my stay was Michelle and her incredible team. Michelle and the rest of her staff were absolutely amazing! Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made such a difference. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always greeting guests with a smile and making everyone feel valued and appreciated.

The suite itself was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. I loved having a full kitchen and a comfortable living area—it really made the space feel like a home away from home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to rest after a long day.

The complimentary breakfast each morning was another great perk. There were plenty of options, everything was fresh, and the dining area was clean and inviting.

The location in the Ballantyne area is also fantastic—close to restaurants, shopping, and convenient to the surrounding Charlotte area while still feeling peaceful and relaxed.

Overall, my stay was outstanding. Thanks to Michelle and her wonderful team, this hotel truly stands out. I highly recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton Charlotte Ballantyne to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to staying again!

After a long four-hour drive from Atlanta, I was truly appreciative of the warm welcome I received upon arriving at the hotel. I was greeted politely and professionally, and the check-in process was smooth and seamless.

Brithany was especially helpful, courteous, and professional. She made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free, which meant a lot after a long day of travel.

The Ballantyne Homewood Suites is one of the newer hotels. It is conveniently located within an area of various restaurants and shops. We had our choice of where to go for dinner. The entryway and dining area of the hotel are very attractive. Our room was lovely, it smelled clean and the bed was comfortable. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, especially the early morning breakfast crew who served up a hearty, hot buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay.

I have had a great experience staying at this hotel. It’s very cleanly and the breakfast is great. Special shout out to Emma for being such a great person she has made my experience here truly outstanding. She definitely needs a raise for her great work ethic

Emma at the front desk was so helpful. I came in after a long drive and was having issues with my phone getting into the Hilton app. Emma took my phone and didn't stop until my issue was resolved. I appreciated her going the extra mile.

Our experience was overall great. We were there for an outpatient surgical/dental procedure and the location was great.
