Pros:

Bonjour Buongiorno. Je fréquente votre Hôtel depuis bientôt 7 ans . 3 ou 4 fois dans l’année. Si je devais faire quelques remarques. Le matin c’était plus pratique d’avoir la cafetière avec plusieurs choix et à disposition. Le soir avant il y avait le restaurant avec le nappage blanc toujours soigné. Mais malheureusement avec le virus tout est devenu compliqué et difficile et différent aussi mais , je n’ai jamais quitté votre établissement. La propreté est toujours impeccable literie et choix de serviettes. Comme je suis Français j’aime cette rigueur. Mais j’ose dire un mais … je pense qu’il serait nécessaire de changer votre moquette couloir et chambres car celle ci devient plus que fatiguée et son aspect donne un très mauvaise image de la propreté. C’est mon avis . Je suis la personne Ayant eu un car jhacking sur votre parking il y a 3ans environ c’était en février et j’ai été très bien encadré par votre employé Camilia . Mais nous n’avons jamais eu de nouvelles de ma valise car une personne avait téléphoné à la réception en disant qu’elle était aux objets trouvés à l’hôtel de ville mais impossible de retrouver cette valise professionnelle et mes papiers professionnels.
