Good, need a few improvements
Pros:

Very clean and modern bathroom. Clean room. Helpful and kind staff. Very central. Quiet and reserved.

Cons:

It's an old Roman building refurbished as an hotel. It's quaint but comes with some caveats. Rooms and layout is not what you expect from a typical hotel. For example the breakfast area is particularly small and crammed with tables very close to one another. Elevator is old and not up to date with modern techs (no digital display, etc) Some bad odors in proximity of the elevator shaft.

Great location to base from, very nicely appointed, great breakfast, big rooms.
Pros:

Fantastic location, walk to everything you want to see. Easy location to get a taxi or driver. Delicious food options nearby. Great breakfast offered early so you can get on your way. Great A/C, high ceilings, strong wifi, good water pressure. Comfy king bed, and room for luggage, desk and seating.

Un manque d'insonoriation qui gache tout.
Pros:

La chambre etait bien, spacieuse, bien equipée, la literie confortable. L'hotel est tres bien situé.

Cons:

Sur les 4 nuits, nous n'avons pas dormi pendant deux nuits a cause du bruit épouvantable venant de l'appartement au dessus de notre suite, laquelle se situait au 3eme étage, le 4eme étage n'appartenant pas a l'hotel. Durant les deux nuits, les personnes occupant l'appartement au dessus n'ont cessé de marcher, faire leurs valises, déplacer des meubles. Et tot le matin, quand enfin les occupants étaient partis, le ménage prenait le relais...le plafond est en bois et a cause du manque total d'insonorisation tout s'entend et résonne, ce qui n'est pas normal pour un hotel 4 étoiles. Nous avons signalé le probleme mais l'hotel n'a rien pu faire. Nous avons donc été tres déçus de notre séjour et malgré un refund de 500Euros sur les 3500euros, nous ne retournerons pas dans cet établissement. Autre point négatif, l'emplacement du petit dejeuner, tout petit et pas tres agréable.

Location and Fantastic Staff
Pros:

The location was OUTSTANDING for proximity to all of the historic/most visited attractions. Walking distance, with the furthest being about 25 minutes and the closest about 3 minutes.
The staff is absolutely first class. They make the stay extra special. Every single staff member that we engaged was helpful, accommodating and friendly. I cannot say enough about the level of service here.

Cons:

I don’t think that it could have been better. There are often amenities that you would like to see, however if they are not common to the particular area then you do not expect them.

Excellent location with 5 Star Hotel amenities... Very good breakfast and very-very professional staff which you can hardly find these days in Hotels, particularly the Fron Desk Manager Marco !!!!
Best value for money !!! The rooms are really 5 Star Hotel spacious Rooms with all facilities and amenities you do not find always in 5 Star Hotels... If you plan to visit Rome do not miss the opportunity to stay in Terrace Pantheon Relais !!!
