Overpriced hotel
Pros:

I like that mall is nearby, so that you don't have to go far for food etc

Cons:

There was no balcony in the room, air conditioner was not working properly, in hotel/room amenities it was mentioned of iron and table desk for ironing but it wasn't available in the room, overall its a average room and overpriced.

Not expected from a Hotel Like Lemon Tree as it's a brand name. Overall, average stay.
Pros:

Location was good, adjacent to Pacific Mall. That's the only plus I could find

Cons:

I had initially booked a Business Valley View room. Unfortunately, when it suddenly started raining, I was alarmed to see rainwater seeping into the room, which eventually led to flooding.
When I contacted the front desk, I was informed that housekeeping could clean the room as it was being treated as a “natural occurrence,” which I found quite concerning given the seriousness of the situation.
That said, upon further escalation, I was connected with two senior members on the premises. Considering I was traveling with my family and highlighting the safety concerns, they did assist in changing our room. I appreciate this support; however, the situation required persistence on my part to ensure it was addressed appropriately.

Also, their Wifi is so poor and pathetic that we couldn't even watch OTT (I logged in by using my own Airtel Dongle)
It's better that going forward, they should not give wifi (because it can only help you use WhatsApp). They should remove Wifi from the "Amenities" section.
