Pros:

Location is good, but it's main market, where there is so many chaos.

Cons:

Lift is too far away from rooms, for 20 rooms there is one lift, you need to walk around 200 m daily to take lift.

It's a pain for everyone, to walk this much for taking lift, staff is impolite and non co operative.

Service is very poor, it takes very long time to give service.
