Cama supletoria, no la que debería estar.
Baño diminuto y muy ruidoso
Directora muy desagradable y se puensa que al hablar en inglés del cliente con otros empleados no la vas a entender

Locatie is top, midden in het centrum.
Wij verbleven hier drie nachten, maar helaas hadden we alle drie de dagen geen warm water. Als oplossing werd ons gevraagd om op een verdieping lager te douchen. Daar liepen echter mannelijke werkers rond en in eerste instantie kregen we geen sleutel om de douche af te sluiten. Als vrouwen voelden wij ons hierdoor niet veilig en comfortabel.

Daarnaast sprak de nachtreceptioniste geen Engels. In een hotel, zeker op zo’n centrale locatie, vind ik dat dit eigenlijk wel verwacht mag worden.

Jammer, want de locatie is echt goed, maar door deze ervaringen zouden wij hier niet snel terugkomen.

Hermoso alojamiento, excelente ubicación!!
Pros:

Excelente lugar, muy acogedor y agradable. La habitación muy grande y cómoda, super completa. La ubicación es perfecta, para recorrer caminando los mejores lugares de Barcelona. El personal super atento y nos brindo mucha información turística. Todo perfecto!
