Fantastic location and staff
Pros:

The location on Plaça de Catalunya is fantastic! The balconies and large windows were delightful. The staff were very helpful and professional.

There is a bit of street noise, but not much given the location! Closing the second set of balcony doors reduces it even further.

Cons:

The check in process was a bit unclear. To check in, you must buzz the Hotel Genebra office on the third floor using the intercom panel by the front door. There is a sticker next to the appropriate button. Once inside, follow the carpet to the elevator or stairs around it. Do not take the first (larger) set of stairs, which ends at an apartment door.

체크인할때 처음에 준 방이 너무 충격적이어서 혹시 다른방 있나 여쭤봤더니 다행히 다른방이 있었고 역시나 뷰가 막혀있어 답답했지만 그나마 룸컨디션은 괜찮았다
처음방은 사진이랑 너무 달랐고 1박이라도 도저히 지낼수없는 수준이었다 가격이 저렴한 호텔도 아닌데 처음에 그런방을 줘서 좀 불쾌했던건 사실이다ㅠㅠ

posizione ottima, super centrale e comoda per raggiungere ogni punto della città, sia a piedi che in metro. stanza molto confortevole, letto comodissimo, terrazzino super carino, bagno grande e decisamente pulito.

Cons:

Mauvaise isolation des bruits extérieurs. Salles de bain assez vieilles, besoin de refaire : carrelage , joint, plomberie qui fait du bruit.

Удобный матрас, чайник с пакетиками чая, холодильник, приветливый, отзывчивый и вежливый персонал,

Cons:

Не совсем чисто в номере были при заезде (но оперативно решили эту проблему), шум с улицы, хотя нормально учитывая местоположение.
