The staff were kind.

Cons:

The room smelt very bad and was damp. The bedding and towels were dirty. The carpet was dirty and absolutely not hoovered.

Pros:

Friendly, clean, free parking. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and nothing at all to complain about. Perfect place for my stop off on my way home. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay at a very friendly hotel , clean , accommodating and friendly, great breakfast

Would definitely stay again - friendly service, good food.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the facilities were great. We were travelling with our 2 year old and arrived late on Friday - the receptionist was great and brought some milk to the room for us for him really quickly. We also ordered room service both nights which was fab, the food was great.
We were also really impressed with the breakfast in the mornings.

Nothing!

The staff make you overcome how tired the hotel is
Pros:

The staff are always pleasant especially the chef/night porter. The bedrooms on the ground floor are nice.

Cons:

The bathrooms are desperately in need of refurbishing. The small double bedrooms are in the eaves of the building so they have shower rooms which are in even more desperate need for refurbishment .
It would be nice to have some Greek yoghurt at breakfast time to go with fresh fruit. The small cups in the dining/breakfast room are far too small to drink tea and coffee from, they are outdated and need replacing with something bigger. Please don’t cook the bacon as much as it becomes inedible and salty.

Pros:

Location was easy to find,staff were friendly and it was really good value for money and breakfast included was an added bonus.

Cons:

Only thing was shape of the room,very low sloping ceiling on one side of the bed meant bending down as to not bump your head.
