We came or a sad occasion [a friends funeral] but found the hotel very comfortable and pleasant.
Pros:

Quality of restaurant food and friendliness of staff. Fan provided during hot weather.

Clean and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Only there one night. Check in was smooth at 2pm. We pretty much left straight away as we were going to Roundhay Festival. Didn’t get back til near midnight. Picked up room key easily from the night porter. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. Thought the bathroom was a bit dated but it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast the next day was basic but good. Overall we enjoyed our very short stay and would come back again. Also free parking.

Cons:

Didn’t find anything not to like.

Just right for me
Pros:

Plenty of free parking, good location for visiting family in Leeds. Great shower. Pleasant space for breakfast.

Cons:

No aircon - duvet too thick for warm summer nights.

Excellent food in the evening. Good portions, well cooked and tasty.

It was lovely clean peaceful even though the hotel was full the staff are so helpful and friendly and the gardens are beautiful and a joy to admire this is my 2nd time staying here visiting family in Pudsey
