Very large and comfortable room.
Good shower and excellent Wi-Fi.
Excellent food in the evening. Good portions, well cooked and tasty.
Breakfast by comparison was a bit disappointing.
Early morning noise outside from delivery vehicles. I had room 010
We had an enjoyable stay the lodge is lovely and the staff are lovely too. I would recommend this lodge to my friends and family. I will be back real soon.
No complaints
It was lovely clean peaceful even though the hotel was full the staff are so helpful and friendly and the gardens are beautiful and a joy to admire this is my 2nd time staying here visiting family in Pudsey
There was nothing I didn't like
Location
Perfect location for what we needed. Staff were very helpful.
The rooms were very HOT but we are in a heat wave so it couldn’t be helped.
Good hotel, handy location.
Welcoming staff very helpful. Clean and tidy.
The Breakfast was really good with a varied selection. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good value for money!
Good facilities, friendly staff and clean, well maintained accommodation. Lovely big room and great shower.
Plenty of free parking and well located for buses into Leeds
les repas
un frigo dans la chambre
The staff were lovely, really friendly and polite, rooms were nice but unfortunately we had to move twice due to the smell of urine in downstairs rooms.
We moved upstairs and it seemed fine until we found an empty bottle of coke and a lump of mud behind the curtains and in the bathroom, used shampoo bottle lids on the bath side and a dead spider and lady bird so couldn't have been cleaned well.
It's actually a shame, because the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, of the cleanliness had of been there it would have been perfect
Only other grumble was there was a couple in the restaurant for breakfast with 2 big greyhound type dogs on long leads and the dog was sat so near to me I struggled to get out of my seat as they sat and watched me and never asked the dog to move, I then had to walk the long way around to get out, maybe dog should be kept closer to the tables of the people who own them and maybe ever a separate area incase people have allergies to dogs.
Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was great.
Cleanliness and dogs not being controlled properly (I have a dog myself)
The room was clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our overnight stay.
The staff were so friendly and helpful and good was really good
The location is handy for travelling into Leeds or surrounding areas but not much of an attractive area in itself....but this was not a problem as the area is not problematic and the hotel and grounds are a perfect getaway
Great stay will definitely book again when we go to the area
