Bardzo dobry choć już nie najnowszy hotel

Cons:

Pobieranie kaucji w gotówce. Do dziś jej nie odzyskałem bo był jakiś błąd w dokumentach. Nieważne. Natomiast zwróćcie na to uwagę, i nie zgadzajcie się na to.

便利温馨
Pros:

地点很方便，离地铁和火车站都很近。坐地铁去机场也特别方便，可惜只住了一晚，没有时间体验一下周边环境。酒店的服务很有智慧，入住时前台排队，就主动来引导到行政酒廊办入住，顺便休息一下等房间打扫，虽然等了一会儿但体验很好。

No lo recomiendo.
Pros:

Bonitas instalaciones y el desayuno tipo buffet muy variado y fresco.

Cons:

El personal no habla inglés.
Sin ninguna información previa (porque no hablan inglés) descuentan un deducible (aproximadamente 1,000¥) al momento de cancelar el monto total de nuestra estadía.
El aseo de la habitación es usualmente un servicio incluido en el precio, sin embargo, el servicio yo nunca lo solicité, entraban a nuestra habitación sin nuestro consentimiento y cuando llegó el momento de hacer el check-out, no nos devolvieron el deducible por motivo de "limpieza de la habitación" de cada día que estuvimos. Tan siquiera nos pudieron explicar porque no hablan inglés, solo tenían impresa una factura con los "cargos".
Al final el precio de Booking no queda parecido con lo que cobra el hotel.
No pudimos hacer uso del restaurante, ya que no tiene los horarios por ningún lado, nuevamente el personal no sabe inglés y siempre que íbamos estaba cerrado.

我住了五晚的行政房，房間很大，浴室也很大，泡澡很舒服，每天都有清理服務，打掃得一塵不染。飯店早餐的炒菜會每天變化，可補充一天所需的蔬菜。行政房可使用下午茶，從4點半直到晚上7點半，可惜飯店一開始沒告訴我結束的時間，我以為只有下午茶，晚上回飯店後就沒去使用了，直到最後一晚才知道。飯店離地鐵站也很近，到天府機場有快捷線，從成都南站整點發車，33分鐘就到機場了。

Cons:

行政房的客廳太暗了，燈光很難控制。

Nice 3-night stay
Pros:

As a Titanium, I wasn’t completely happy with our first room on the 23rd floor. I think floors 20 to 32 are considered high. Rooms on one side have a nice city view, but also face the street. Rooms on the other side are quieter, but face other tall buildings. In general, the rooms are fairly large.

The managers then kindly moved us the next night to a larger, more luxurious and modern end room on the 26th floor (2610), which had 2 walls of windows.

The hotel is a bit older, but very clean. The beds were very large and comfortable.

The Club Lounge on the 29th floor had food and drinks from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, which we weren’t able to try. There were also fruits and desserts there until 9:30 pm, which were nice.

Breakfast was satisfactory.

All the staff were nice.

There is a local food street across the street. The drive to the city center is about 20 minutes.

Pros:

Gym was good for exercise. The mall is a bit far so I rented a bicycle and rode with my family about 7 mins with traffic. No swimming pool available when I ask the lady there how about in July she said she is very uncertain.

They couldn’t control people smoking indoor. On the third floor there was a wedding reception and guests were smoking! Elevators were full of smoke - our room was supposed to be non smoking yet smelled of smoke- we changed rooms in the middle of the night.

Pros:

The hotel is located not too far from the train station. It is also located close to the city area, only about 20min by train or car. Nearby there is also lots of local food only 5 to 10 min away, very convenient. The hotel itself has very comfortable bed. Very recommend to stay.

- Very warm welcome from concierge and front desk for check in and out
- Impressive lobby with exclusive rice schnapps shop (one bottle from 1988 costs 5000 USD)
- Spacious room

- the breakfast was not as good as other hotels at the same level
- the carpet in the gym was old and worn out need to be refurbished
