**Honest Review of My Recent Stay: A Mix of Highs and Lows**
I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and while there were some positive aspects, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by several issues that need addressing.
**Cons:**
1. **Outdated Facilities:** The hotel’s infrastructure feels noticeably aged. Furniture, decor, and amenities (e.g., elevators, HVAC systems) appear worn and in need of modernization. This detracts from the overall comfort and ambiance.
2. **Cleanliness Concerns:** The room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Dusty surfaces, stained upholstery, and an inconsistently maintained bathroom left me questioning the housekeeping protocols.
3. **Window Leak & Safety Issues:** A significant problem was the window in my room, which leaked water from outside during window cleaning. Beyond the inconvenience, this raised safety concerns due to potential electrical hazards or slip risks if left unresolved.
4. **Breakfast Service Shortcomings:** While the breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of dishes, the staff appeared untrained and disengaged. Their indifferent demeanor (“poker faces”) and lack of warmth made the dining experience feel unwelcoming.
**Pros:**
1. **Exceptional Front Desk Service:** A standout was Front Desk Manager **Charley Zhang**, who demonstrated professionalism, deep knowledge of the hotel, and genuine care for guests. His cheerful attitude and problem-solving skills greatly enhanced my stay.
2. **Executive Lounge Excellence:** The staff in the executive lounge were a breath of fresh air—friendly, attentive, and clearly well-trained. Their hospitality added significant value to the experience.
**Conclusion:**
While Charley Zhang and the executive lounge team exemplify the service standards the hotel should strive for, the outdated facilities, cleanliness lapses, maintenance issues, and uneven staff training make it difficult to recommend this property wholeheartedly.

The lobby looks very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast has many choices regarding Chinese style food.
Maybe because of many floors of the building, it took a while to take the lift.
Good experience with my team meeting, the hotel hosted more than 100 associates for a team offsite with a nice gala dinner and events. Room are modern and with all comfort, breakfast is rich with variety of food styles. Check in and check out were fast. Good choice
Front desk staff(s) are super helpful and pleasant. Room is clean and spacious.
