It was a nice relaxing AFFORDABLE weekend staycation and I’d 100% go back there

Convenient location
Pros:

Staff was courteous, room was clean, all essential amenities available. It's close to some of my favorite eateries in Flushing so for me it works out well.

Cons:

Other guests can sometimes be loud and create a ruckus in the lobby and in the hallways. This wouldn't be the first time I've witnessed guests fight with one another (and I mean physical fights) and/or yell at hotel staff and even other guests who are simply in the lobby when yelly guests are in the mood to shout and scream and make threats to eveyone around. Some are so loud you can hear it in the rooms. Very strange behavior.

Horrible stay and I will never stay there again and only reason why I didn’t leave was because I already spent the money

The outside looked nice and so did the pictures on the website

Cons:

The shower was broken the beds were poorly made I found hair in the sheets the room was not well cleaned seemed like dirt was piled up in bathroom shower and rooom overall also I booked a different room then the one they gave me I initially booked a king room with balcony they supposedly gave me without asking I might add a deluxe king room for being a genius member on booking.com and It was the worst room I have ever stayed in in my entire life
The room was horrible and I wanted my birthday weekend to be the opposite needless to say I will never stay there again and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone cause I was pissed off
