Perfect location for a day trip to Antelope Canyon.
Pros:

Large clean rooms and location. A great pickup spot for our tour. I would book it again.

Excelente opción de hotel con desayuno.
Pros:

Excelente opción, completa y económica. Habitación amplia y cama cómoda. Desayuno muy completo incluido. Nos permitieron hacer el check in en la mañana y salir de paseo sin el equipaje. Cerca de las principales atracciones del lugar.

Perfect place to operate from for a vacation.
Pros:

Large variety breakfast. Similar to what we have experienced at other Holiday Inn Express properties. They are consistent. Page AZ is easy to navigate and the property is convenient to all of the things to do and see.

Cons:

We enjoyed ourselves. No complaints.

Great Location and Perks, but Where is the Staff?
Pros:

I’m giving this stay 2 stars strictly due to the service, which was among the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel.

The biggest issue is the lack of presence at the front desk. At my scheduled check-in time, the reception was empty. I had to repeatedly shout "hello" before anyone appeared. This happened throughout my stay. whenever I had a question about the weather or my tour, I had to yell for someone to come out from the back. If you aren't going to staff the desk 24/7, please at least invest in a service bell so guests don't have to shout.

The housekeeping staff also seemed to be in their own world. They rarely acknowledged guests; in fact, I once found myself holding the elevator door for them to exit before me. When I asked for a shower cap, I was told they simply don't provide them.

It’s a shame because the location is actually great and very quiet, with plenty of parking available. The hotel does offer some nice perks, like a free breakfast for guests and complimentary cookies in the pantry. However, unlike other places, the coffee and tea are pre-made rather than freshly brewed.

Overall: If you value peace and quiet and don't mind hunting for staff when you need help, the location is fine. However the service culture here needs a serious overhaul.

Not recomended and rude receptionists
Pros:

It all started with checking in, we booked via a travel agency and everything was already paid. The women at the reception said that it wasn't correct and we still had to pay... quite an upset discussion started by them, the manager came, they became very rude to come to the conclusion that it was correct and everything was paid already. During the discussion trash talking in Spanish was going on from them to us, ignoring us when we asked something etc. And at the end the only thing they said was "you were right" but no apologies or whatsoever...

The rooms are clean but the beds are like concrete. A lot of noise was going on during the evening and at night. It seems like to walls were from paper. You literally hear every cough and even whispering from your neighbors.

The breakfast room was way too small for all the guests, there was for more then an hour no place to sit. As a result, the food court was more empty the filled as they just couldn't catchup with the amount of guests. As soon as the bacon for example was replaced, a queue was there and within 5 minutes it was empty again.

Luckily we stayed only 1 night.

Great location and great staff.
Pros:

Location and amenities were good. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Staff was friendly and polite.

Cons:

Our room was so hot. It was in the low 30’s outside. We turned the heat off and had to turn the AC on just to try and sleep.
