Frustrating that my 1st encounter was with a very rude employee.
Pros:

The facility was clean. The morning desk person was nice and at least had good customer service.

Cons:

The front desk guy was rude and didn’t want to listen to my concerns. Kept on being short and using gotta talk to manager. When trying to explain my concerns about booking.com he made it a point to let me know they are liars and not to listen to them. How great is that to bad wrap a company that you have a partnership with. You should also look at these discounts sites to make sure the mileage is correct from your facility to downtown. I booked thinking your facility was in the direct downtown area. My son had an all day event downtown that allot of walking was done. It would have been nice to be in the physical downtown area so I would not need my car. Your facility was not even walking distance to downtown.

Thank you Sleep Inn and Conferance center, I enjoyed my visit to Indianapolis with your help!
Pros:

Location was close to city center, zoo, shopping; but far enough away to keep the price and noise reasonable!
The room had good climate control, if not a bit noisy. Have a tech look for metal on metal rattling.
The breakfast bar included had everything you need to start your day!

Cons:

If you're going to have a Fish Tank for a pool, just fill it in and get some pool tables or another social engagement item to fill the void.
Scrap the treadmill with the broken belt, and get a bench and a few free weights.
