Hotel mishaps became almost laughable.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very delicious and better than I expected. Thank you.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights to attend our nieces graduation and senior festivities. 1. We did not have wifi (they said they were working on it).
2. We never got hot water (they said they were working on it).
3. The blow dryer did not work. Got another one only to find that none of the outlets worked in the bathroom.
4. Coffee pot worked one time and quit.
5. Only one or two outlets worked to plug in anything.
6. The last night we walked down in our pajamas at about 9:30pm, down the exit stairs because the fire alarm went off. When we got down there we were told everything was fine and they were sorry. Go back up.
Honestly, I had never seen anything like this at any of the IHG hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Staff were nice and I heard them apologizing to other guests also.

Do not book and booking.com should remove of their list

It horrible we had to leave asap
Rooms smelled husband has allergies and it was really bad, one person working not fully trained -felt very unsafe-only a couple stations worked on tv and phone in room was dead
