Cons:

All of the faucets in our room were broken. The fan in the bathroom also didn’t work and the shower was covered in someone else’s hair. The dishwasher was left full of dirty dishes upon arrival. Our bedding and towels smelled like dirt and rust and the front desk would not give us new bedding. At 9:00 in the morning someone from housekeeping (we think) took it upon herself to enter our room without knocking. We were changing when she entered the room. Check out is at 12:00 so I have no idea why someone was coming to clean our room.

My reservation wasn’t exist there. I had to cancel and rebook. They don’t work well with booking. They said they had few problems with it. I never had such problem with reservation anywhere else

Great facilities, low key location, amazing staff that are very helpful.
Pros:

Great front desk staff. Helped us so much with keycards!

Cons:

Key cards go bad in your pocket near a phone. But staff was great at replacing them for us at anytime.

After the nightmare, te stay was wonderful.

There was no breakfast

Cons:

Booking.com never sent in the reservation. When we got there no reservation was on the computer. The manager at the front desk said she had at least 12 reservations that never got forwarded to the hotel and the guests were not registered. It was a nightmare. Folks beware when you make your reservation. The front desk manager, Tabatha Ash, called Discover to reverse the charges to our account and then booked us at $200 less than we would have paid through booking.com. What a scam.

The staff are incredibly kind and the hotel is nice
Pros:

It was right off of the highway and close to a lot of things.

When we arrived, they did not have our reservation because of an error on booking.com’s part but Manager Tabatha and Amber did everything in their power and worked it out so we had our rooms and at the same rate I originally booked them at! They were incredibly helpful and were even willing to go above and beyond to help us find a room even if it was at another hotel. I highly recommend this hotel simply because of these two angels who, because of their kindness, stopped me from having a panic attack almost 4 hours from home.

Cons:

The refrigerator was a bit noisy.
