Some little things, had to pay for parking, the app said nothing about that, and you had to use an app, setting everything up, and it has lots of steps, for a one time use when I didn't expect to even pay was a pain, but at least roll it into the room charge so you don't have to mess with that. TV had limited channels and remote was clunky, thermostat for room would not stay in the temp you set it on, had to re-set it three times in an overnight stay, only coffee provided free was decaf.

Where to start…
Room was dusty, popcorn on floor, red stain on floor between beds, black mascara on one towel, black”mold” on second towel, not all the outlets worked, TV in the suite portion was tiny and has a horrible picture, could barely even make out a person’s face it was so pixelated. The thermostat turned off and kept resetting to 82 degrees every two hours, even throughout the night. Breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were cold because they forgot to turn the burners on.

Hilton has ruined this little gem. We also heard this from many people at a baseball game in KC. Charge for breakfast and parking.

Just don't give anyone a full ten, unless it's exemplary! Would stay again.

We had to pay an additional $19 to park in their lot.

Location

Parking spots are small and the Lott is cramped. The attached bar has expensive drinks.

TV was broken, lights did not work on two lamps, AC unit was loud when on....compressor is more than likely going out.

Paying $10 for an average breakfast seems like a stretch. The breakfast is equivalent to and possibly worse then any chain that offers free breakfast. Parking was quite expensive. Our shower took 5-10min of running to get hot.

Upon entering the 1st room, 1 of the 2 beds had no sheets on it at all. The clerk immediately changed us to a new room. Bathroom shower had moldy caulking.

The beds felt old that it was hard to get comfortable with old beds that you feel all the insides of the mattress. People at the hotel should not have to pay for the hotel parking lot as well the breakfast was not complementary.

Hoteleigene Bar war um 22:00 Uhr geschlossen.
In der Buchung ûber Booking.com war als Extra explizit ein Gratis Parkplatz includiert. Trotz dieses Umstandes wurde von uns verlangt eine Parkgebühr fûr einen Parkplatz zu entrichten. und nach unserem Einwand, daß dieser includiert sei wurden wir an die Superviserin Amy am nächsten Tag verwiesen die die Angelegenheit klären würde. Wir trafen am kommenden Morgen auf den extrem bemühten, fähigen und engagierten Rezeptionisten Corey, der die Situation sofort verstand unsere Angaben verifizierte und für uns versuchte die ungerechtfertigt bezahlte Parkgebûhr erstattet zu bekommwn. Gescheitert ist dies bis dato an der vollkommen unprofessionellen und überforderten Superviserin Amy die ungerechtfertigter Weise sogar die Angaben Ihres eigenen Mitarbeiters in Zweifel zog. Letztlich katastrophales Beschwerdemanagement.
