It was nice but I might check out a different hotel next time.
Pros:

It was in a great location and the staff was friendly

Cons:

The beds felt old that it was hard to get comfortable with old beds that you feel all the insides of the mattress. People at the hotel should not have to pay for the hotel parking lot as well the breakfast was not complementary.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber.

Cons:

Gebucht wurde Stadtblick - es war Blick auf den Parkplatz.
Hoteleigene Bar war um 22:00 Uhr geschlossen.
In der Buchung ûber Booking.com war als Extra explizit ein Gratis Parkplatz includiert. Trotz dieses Umstandes wurde von uns verlangt eine Parkgebühr fûr einen Parkplatz zu entrichten. und nach unserem Einwand, daß dieser includiert sei wurden wir an die Superviserin Amy am nächsten Tag verwiesen die die Angelegenheit klären würde. Wir trafen am kommenden Morgen auf den extrem bemühten, fähigen und engagierten Rezeptionisten Corey, der die Situation sofort verstand unsere Angaben verifizierte und für uns versuchte die ungerechtfertigt bezahlte Parkgebûhr erstattet zu bekommwn. Gescheitert ist dies bis dato an der vollkommen unprofessionellen und überforderten Superviserin Amy die ungerechtfertigter Weise sogar die Angaben Ihres eigenen Mitarbeiters in Zweifel zog. Letztlich katastrophales Beschwerdemanagement.

Cons:

There was not maintenance on staff. Lights didn’t work, remote to Tv didn’t work, Tv was dark it was not functioning properly. Super loud with cars driving road next to hotel.

Close to campus.
Pros:

Clean room once we got one that had been cleaned. Nice suite feel with the separate sitting area/sofa bed and chair. Glad there was a nice fridge and microwave.

Cons:

The first room assigned to us had not been cleaned, so we had to go back down to the front desk and receive a new room assignment. Front desk staff explained the cleaning issues for the day and gave us an upgraded room for the inconvenience. Having to pay for parking on a separate app via phone only, was unexpected.

Not worth the price, misleading advertising
Pros:

I booked this through expedia and that was the worst thing to do. I usually don't have a bad experience using expedia or trip advisor so this would be my first. I booked this for my family of 4 and i thought i was getting a good deal because on Expedia it stated there was parking and complimentary breakfast and plenty amenities. Well once we got to check in we quickly realized that we had to pay for parking!! Our sink was nasty and would flood and not drain properly (which i did let the front desk know when we checked out). Now the breakfast is a whole other story, miss alka who worked the breakfast area was very sweat and welcoming, HOWEVER we had to pay ten dollars for each of our family members for an extremely mid regular hotel breakfast and experience. Expedia stated the breakfast was complimentary and it was not which we were informed AFTER we checked in. The breakfast was like any regular COMPLIMENTARY hotel breakfast. So what i paid for a night plus parking plus breakfast i could have picked a different hotel for way cheaper with all these included. Extremely disappointed and I'm someone who is pretty simple.

Great location, spacious rooms, not bad but not great
Pros:

The location is great and we had a spacious room with a pullout couch, which was great for a family with teens.

Cons:

There were a lot of loud and drunk guests and someone puked in an elevator, which was not cleaned up well. The waits for the elevator were long. Also the breakfast ended at 9:30 which was too early.

Used to be great. Customer service sad now.
Pros:

This hotel is very clean and in a nice location next to K-State. That's it. They now charge for parking and breakfast. It used to be such a great experience, but customer service has recently declined greatly. They tried covering up their booking mistake (sames dates but different month) and charged me an extra $200 more per night. I now have to dispute with my cc company. The front desk attendant upon check-in definitely did not want to be there. There was another a.m. front desk worker in named Amy who talked down to us. The only bright spot was a young man named Cory. He was actually pleasant and customer service oriented. We will not stay at Bluemont again, since there are so many other nice options nearby.

Cons:

We were lead to believe on booking.com that the parking was an included extra as was the wifi. That was how it was worded on booking .com. of course, there was no extra charge for the wifi but there was a $17.00 parking fee. When the front desk was questioned about it the reply was that booking.com must not be updated on the parking fees now and that the hotel management would be informed of this.

Not the best night's sleep
Pros:

There was a nice large suite with a nice sitting area, well away from the beds.

There was an excessive amount of exhaust noise from cars and motorcycles which ran past the hotel until late in the night. The curtains would not close all the way so the room got much too bright starting a little after 6AM.

I was surprised to be charged $17 night to park.

The best rate for the night on the hotel's website was over $250. We paid $169 at Travelocity.
