I transport a handicap person but was not allowed to drop in front but was not allowed to drop in front to wheel the wheelchair but was ordered to park at the basement??? Lol handicap not allowed but allow the vip cars to be there all along the front door.. pathetic.. I was not allowed by the bangla guard and was scolded and u expect this is righteous????? Not a good hotel at allllllllnot wheelchair friendly at allllll… btw nothing great a hotel when u face all jam …btw no view
It was perfectly located for our needs! The room was comfortable and clean, and of a reasonable size.
The pool area and deck are under renovation so unavailable at the moment, but they were transparent about this, so no real issue.
The breakfast was pretty good and varied—the only feedback I would offer is that it was crowded so they were running out of lots of offerings and somewhat slow to replenish. This was a bit frustrating I must admit, as we paid extra to include breakfast.

Pool was being renovated but we were informed well in advance so very much appreciated. Still chose to stay there as the experience is always amazing.
Yesterday, I went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday at Tosca. The staff were very kind and friendly, the place was clean and comfortable, and they took great care of us. The food was delicious and really satisfying. The birthday celebration went smoothly and perfectly! I’ll probably come back and repeat the experience next time ,thankyou!

I hated my stay. Sure warm cookies was a nice touch. But service was out ya. No hospitality langsung. Yang send room service to yang wanted to do housekeeping at 8:30pm and kept ringing the bell 5 times at once. And staff has no sense of hospitality. Even during checkout- take the card, validate parking and that’s it no thank you nothing and can hear the other female staffs at front office talking about their body fat? Ape ni? 5 star ke tak? Coming from someone in the hospitality industry myself. Truly a disappointment booking here. My suite was not soundproof that I heard the next door guest TV😵💫. I do not recommend to book here. Your room service required a QR order so I waited for 1 hour. Waited and waited so I decided to check the web again. It said FAILED. So I called them and no apologies nothing just asked me for the order number. Total of 2 hours waiting for ur room service that costed me RM53. Price is not an issue but the taste is seriously bad. The curry was oily. I couldn’t even have more than two bites. I am truly disappointed by DoubleTree JB. I will not be returning.
