service recovery - we expressed or disappointment that the hotel's swimming pool was closed for renovation the staff at the check in station gave us complimentary breakfast for our entire stay.

Cons:

we were informed that the pool was under renovation after we have confirmed our booking. we should have been brought to our attention at the time of booking.

Wonderful dining experience
Pros:

10/5/26 We had a wonderful experience dining at the Tosca Italian Restaurant at Double Tree Hilton JB. Mr Rajoo had provided the professional service to us during the dinner time. The food was amazing, we are enjoy it very much to celebrate a memorable Mother’s Day.

Pleasant stay and breakfast
Pros:

The stay is very satisfying room is clean and all is in order.
For breakfast there is wide spread of food to choose from.
The staff is freindly and helpful..to compliment waiter Hafiz for his services rendered , thank you.

Pros:

The car parks most of the space allocate for valet. . I have no choice until have to park quite far from the lift(I can accept). The only thing I can not accept is the smell at the car park. Very bad smells. Like shit smell .

A real short getaway before KL trip. Will definiely be back.
