Cleanliness n staff was friendly

Cons:

Bathroom glass wall is translucent so uncomfortable to take bath.
Breakfast did not have cups n plates near the food e.g cornflakes section did not have cups always. Few cups were there initially but then did not replenish.

Pros:

Location not too near the city so less crowded and quiet.

Cons:

Able to see shadow during shower frm the room. Not suitable fr family. The toilet roll is abit obstructive when you taking the spray.

It was nice but not memorable.
Pros:

Nice hotel. The idea of snacks in the lounge was very impressive and beyond expectations in a five-star hotel. We loved it. I have never seen anything like it before. But again, the food was cold. Possibly, we Indians take food really hot.

Cons:

Booked one room for three adults
But things were only in two's - two slippers, two sets of brush n paste. Two water bottles. A thoughtful person could have kept three to make three of us welcome. But this does not affect our future bookings. I still like your hotel and staff. Breakfast food - Indian side was cold. The daal was cold. Idlis were very dry. Payasam was good.

Pros:

Staff constant concern on guests' stay. Always asks for any enquiries or suggestions to hv a good & comfortsble stay.

Cons:

Fascilities (swimming pool)were closed for upgrading. Webside did not mention on the upgrading durations upon booking for a stay.
