Very clean and well kept! Tastefully decorated and lovely staff. It was a well managed and maintained hotel!

Great customer service!!
Pros:

My wife and I live 2hours away. But when we go to Davenport we stay here. Hasn't disappointed, we always have supper and drinks at the J Bar. Excellent menu for both food and drinks.
This trip was no exception!!
However, prior to check in a discrepancy was noticed.
I need to identify a true star of an employee that went above and beyond with her customer service and professionalism.

Overall we enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Roomy and affordable . The coffee maker was missing parts so didn't work but there was free coffee downstairs in the lobby. Also, the bathroom floor was a little dirty but the room was clean.

Not a 3 star but not a 5 either.
Pros:

Only stayed to sleep after a 16 hour drive. Staff was friendly & welcoming. Got two breakfast vouchers randomly but sadly didn’t get to use them due to sleeping in. Lobby decor was lovely but can’t say the same with the room decor, for some reason they have Lady Gaga on the wall which doesn’t fit the vibes & also don’t wanna see her. No microwave in the room & didn’t wanna bother going on a scavenger hunt to find one so I ate my leftovers cold. Shower was nice, they have full pump bottles not just small travel size ones. Bed was comfortable. I had a nightmare about evil eyes watching me but most likely unrelated.
