Better than home.
Pros:

The room and the staff were exceptional. Staff contacted me prior to my stay and made sure my needs were met when I arrived. Next stay in Houston I know where to stay!

Pros:

Very clean, nice room. Breakfast was good, we did not have time to use the fitness room or pool area, but those were very nice also.

I will never stay at this hotel again.

Sunday on March 15, 2026 as we proceed to check out getting dressed.As we were getting dressed we noticed clothes was missing from our room . Call the room manager the ones who cleans the rooms. Nobody speak English. Proceed down to the front desk to speak with the manager of the hotel . She wasn’t available. The front desk call her I’m guessing to let her know what was going on . All I was told that she will call me tomorrow.March 16 . I told the front desk clerk that we were from Shreveport,La on a spring break vacation and that why we have to wait into tomorrow for a call on stolen merchandise. Then I call police to come to the hotel . Talk with the office on the details & made a report on the stolen merchandise.

We have stayed here a couple of times and highly recommend this place.
Pros:

Breakfast was great every morning we were there! Eggs and sausages were so good! Then we had eggs and bacon another day. My boys were very happy!
I would have liked some fresh cut up fruit like papaya, oranges and melons. They did have bananas and apples available though. All in all, breakfast here is good. Will fill you up and keep you going for a long day!

My overall experience at this hotel was great and and I will book here again!

Amazing, professional, courteous staff, super clean rooms, comfortable beds and delicious coffee!
Pros:

Staff was SO Friendly! Everyone that I've talked to was super... I just wish that I would have looked at nametags or requested their names, as I would have liked to mention them herein.

The coffee was DELICIOUS! I've preferred the freshly ground coffee in the lobby vs. the K-cups in the room, although that was good too!

The room was nice and the plush pillows were amazing... In fact, I thought of asking if I could purchase them! I've even thought of "stealing them", as they were just amazing, providing a night of deep rest.

Cons:

Only one thing that I did not care for was the traffic and road construction in the area. However, this is beyond the hotel's control. Otherwise, my stay was absolutely perfect!

Bed was hard as a brick. We had extremely rowdy party in rooms next to ours. Ask front desk to quiet them down with no luck. They finally got quiet at 6am, by then we just got up. Staff did not handle the situation.

Pros:

I really appreciated how clean the hotel was! Beds were comfortable, house keeping daily. Friendly staff at check in. 24/7 coffee bar and tea. We have family in Humble so we will definitely be staying here for our future trips.
