Everything about the hotel was great- comfortable rooms, excellent location for walking around, and good facilities. The best thing was the staff. Ezequiel and the rest of the staff really go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. Would definitely return.

The rooms are large and clean, with a nice kitchenette and full sized fridge, as well as a couch. The location is very convenient to both sides of Palermo - SoHo and Hollywood - and near the Palermo stop on the green line. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby, as well as shops and parks.
A touch on the expensive side, but similar in price to others in both sides of Palermo. There are nice and less expensive areas of the city. That said, we liked the neighborhood, hotel, staff (!), and thought it was worth the price and would 100% stay again.

Gostei muito do apartamento aquecido pelo ar condicionado, do chuveiro com abundante água quente e gostei muito do café da manhã que tinha um croissant delicioso, frutas frescas, queijos, etc… Excelente!!!
Só o colchão de molas que é bem macio e isso não é legal pra mim pois tenho dores na lombar

Habitaciones muy cómodas y de gran tamaño. El equipo de recepción es un lujo; Ezequiel y Shaina son muy amables y simpáticos. En realidad todo el equipo, sólo que no recuerdo el resto de los nombres pero ellos le dan un valor agregado inmenso a la estadía. El desayuno es muy particular y funciona casi 24/7, por lo que puedes relajarte y no andar corriendo en caso de que te levantes más tarde
Todo excelente. Tal vez podrían extender la variedad del desayuno (es muy bueno, pero eso es lo único que veo que podrían mejorar)

Gostamos da equipe que atende no hotel que é formada por pessoas preparadas para receber hóspedes de qualquer lugar do mundo com muita atenção e de forma extremamente eficiente. Gostamos da localização no bairro Palermo. Gostamos principalmente da limpeza impecável de todo o hotel. Gostamos do quarto amplo que permitiu que tivéssemos muito conforto durante toda nossa estadia em Buenos Aires.
Gostamos de tudo, nada nos desagradou. Não existe motivo para reclamar de nada. O hotel é excelente em todos os seus aspectos.
