Atendimento e servico, principalmente do Ezequiel.

The staff were the best. Ezequiel, Shania and Facuna (Thomas) were just lovely. If we didn't already have enough children we would happily adopt all of them. The ladies in the kitchen and Marcello were also delightful.

A localização é excelente, no bairro Palermo, a apenas 5 minutos dos principais restaurantes da região e da estação de metrô. Se você quer ficar em Palermo e ao mesmo tempo ter fácil acesso ao metrô para se locomover por Buenos Aires, este é o lugar ideal. O quarto é espaçoso, a cama é maravilhosa e as roupas de cama e toalhas estavam sempre muito limpas e eram trocadas diariamente. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa conosco. Todos fazem questão de proporcionar uma excelente estadia e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. O café da manhã é completo e a equipe sempre pergunta se gostaríamos de pedir algo a mais da cozinha. Todo o staff está de parabéns! Em especial, o Ezequiel nos tratou muito bem e foi extremamente atencioso durante nossa estadia. Com certeza ficaremos novamente neste hotel quando voltarmos a Buenos Aires.

Blew us away, one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! Mostly the staff, especially Eze and Shanaya. The warmest people we've met. Really lovely big rooms, especially if you can get an A room with a balcony. Great facilities for cooking. All day food and tea was wonderful after long days. Great location in a safe neighborhood. Very walkable. Can't recommend enough.

Shoshana is a place that simply gets everything right.

The apartment is huge, comfortable, and has a fantastic balcony. Perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, and feeling slightly more Argentine than you actually are.

The location is excellent, but the staff are what really make the difference. Everyone is genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful. No forced hotel politeness, just really nice people.

And breakfast deserves its own mention. Fresh, generous, delicious, and dangerously good at convincing you that breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day.

Big apartment, beautiful balcony, great location, wonderful staff, and a breakfast worth waking up for.

A equipe do hotel é sensacional, super atenciosa, prestativa e simpática. Gostamos do café da manhã e dos lanches que ficavam disponíveis o dia todo. A localização é ótima, o bairro muito bom, e tem metrô e ponto de ônibus próximos permitindo deslocamento fácil pela cidade.

The location was excellent, the staff was very friendly, helpful, professional & adorable! The hotel is very close to the airport & nice attractions.
The food was very nice and the profiteroles were delicious!

Everything about the hotel was great- comfortable rooms, excellent location for walking around, and good facilities. The best thing was the staff. Ezequiel and the rest of the staff really go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. Would definitely return.

The rooms are large and clean, with a nice kitchenette and full sized fridge, as well as a couch. The location is very convenient to both sides of Palermo - SoHo and Hollywood - and near the Palermo stop on the green line. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby, as well as shops and parks.
