Pros:

I love the Sunny Bay Suites; however, I booked a night for my girl friend and she reported that the carpet in the room was stained and dirty in room #1408. My girlfriend does not have high expectations so when she is disappointed I am VERY disappointed.

Pros:

The room size, around 400 sq. ft, is exceptional, the decor is old but pleasing. The kitchen can save you money eating out by buying food at the supermarket, a 10 min. walk from the hotel. The location on Roxas Boulevard is very convenient, enjoying an early morning walk on the boulevard.

冷蔵庫などの設備が古く、部屋ごとにブレーカーを落として管理しているらしく
冷蔵庫内が冷えるまで数時間かかります
冷蔵庫内に虫もおりました。
ハンドタオルもありません

Pros:

The lobby and elevator look great but the rooms need an upgrade and spraying for roaches. The cable channels were great but the TVs are not flat screens, they are the old model fat backs.

裸足でホテル内歩いたら足の裏が真っ黒。TVはブラウン管で映りは最悪　受付はまともでしたけど、デポジットに１万円取られました。

以前は保証金制度はありませんでしたが今回は2000ペソ必要でした、なんだか信用されていないようで不愉快でした、それに朝食用のレストランが変更されていたにもかかわらず誰からも説明がありませんでした。

위치만 좋음. 시설은 1980년대 시설
Pros:

위치는 LA카페 바로 뒷이고 바다랑 인접해 있어 좋음.
주차도 호텔옆에 전용 주차장이 넓어 좋음.
시설은 겉모습은 그럴싸한데 안에 시설은 1980년에서 멈춘듯함.
너무 오래된 박물관에서나 볼거 같은 가구와 티비, 주방시설 이정도로 내부 시설을 개선하지 않고 2019년까지 버틴게 놀라울 정도.
티비는 브라운관티비로 아직도 작동하는게 놀라울 정도. 전기레인지는 최소 50년은 된거 같은 느낌. 거의 2차 세계대전때 미군이 버리고 간 거 같은 느낌.
딱 경제적으로 어려운 필리핀 현지인들이 사는 오래된 가옥 같은 분위기.
