Any guests under 18 years of age must have a parent staying with them or parental consent signed documentation via direct with management.

Monday-Friday 08:30 until 17:30.
Saturday-Sunday 09:00 until 13:00.

Check in is available after 2pm. We will text if the apt is ready before check in hours.

Please advise Airlie Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance.

If you arrive outside reception opening hours you will need to contact the property on the day of arrival for instructions.

Whitsunday Airport Proserpine is 30 minutes to Airlie Beach and the property can book the airport shuttle bus for you (fees apply as per scheduled service). Guests must inform the property 24 hours in advance if they wish to book this service.

Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a 3.00% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. This property does not accept payments with Diners Club credit card.

Please advise the property if you require single beds (twin beds), otherwise all rooms offer 1 bed (queen size or king size bed for different room types).

Please note for bookings between December 25 - January 5, full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival for all bookings through the holiday period.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

We had an easy check in, given a lot of information upon arrival and the receptionist was very helpful. The room was as described.

Nice place close to town!
Pros:

Lovely room, spacious and comfortable. Nice view, pool was a beautiful temperature. Close to town and ample parking.

Cons:

Old springy mattresses could do with an update.

As above, needed to have a very deep clean and get rid of the shower gel, shampoo/ conditioner.

The location was really central.

Cons:

The apartment felt quite dirty and not very clean. The kitchen especially wasn’t clean which was very disappointing as we hoped to do a bit more cooking in there during our stay. All of the handles for the kitchen cupboards were filthy and the living space didn’t seem clean and didn’t feel very homely. It was also a little strange to have outdoor rattan table and chairs inside the apartment. We felt like we didn’t want to touch anything too much as it felt dirty. The white bed sheets seemed clean however there were a few stains on the grey blanket over the top so I don’t think this had been cleaned. The bathroom seemed clean, but the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel looked horrible and neither of us used these… There was also so much filthy thick dust under the bed and a previous guest’s hairclip under the bed so obviously hasn’t been cleaned in a very, very long time. The pole holding up the curtains by the balcony also appeared a bit rusty as it was just a metal pole. Overall it was in a good location and the staff were friendly, but the apartment needed to be deep cleaned and refreshed/upgraded completely.

Good location/value in touristy Airlie Beach
Pros:

Great location in Airlie with quick walk to center of town and marina (boat tours). View over harbor. Host receptionist was very pleasant and provided lots of good information on visiting Airlie. Good space in the unit with separate living and bedroom areas. Full size fridge and ample kitchen counter space. AC worked well. The bedroom had an armoire for storing clothes. Decent value in a very touristy area.

Cons:

No need for 2 couches; maybe consider removing one and replacing with a kitchen table as not comfortable sitting on stools for eating meals. Provide paper towels. AC glitched a couple of times (though they did warn us).
