Groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted, even if they are booked on different reservations. In the event of such reservations, the hotel reserves the right to cancel them or apply special conditions and/or additional supplements if accepted.

To find out the opening dates of the water park, please check directly with the hotel. The minimum height to access the Aquasplash is 3.3 foot and to access the slides the minimum height is between 4.1 ft and 4.6 ft depending on the slide.

Plase Note: To book the "All Inclusive" in reservations that include more than one room, it is mandatory to select All Inclusive as a regime in all rooms. Failure to comply with this condition will mean the non-admission of the reservation into the All Inclusive program

Excellent hotel
Pros:

We are a family of 3 & went last July '25. In a nutshell, a great hotel with staff, facilities & entertainment. Great pool activity for all ages, entertainment in 3 areas of the hotel every night & all staff throughout including the pools & aquapark brilliant.

The Aquapark belongs to the hotel & is great, no queues & great fun, not to big & just right for all ages.

The local town is about a 20min walk away with a local main st. 5min up along the main road for restaurants & ice cream parlours.

We had a great time, you won't go wrong with this place. 👌

Ми дуже задоволені, це той готель який не соромно рекомендувати друзям та близьким, особливо з дітьми

Все було супер, відмінний сервіс і ідеальна чистота, гарна їжа та близькість до моря

Cons:

Налаштуйте будь-ласка ліфт, щоб він завжди повертався на перший поверх. Нестерпно по 5-7 хвилин чекати ліфти які всі одночасно визиває хтось на верхньому поверсі. Це дратувало…

Cons:

Pomimo pobytu poza sezonem, ogromne kolejki na bufet… Pomimo opcji all inclusive trzeba było dopłacać za niektóre drinki czy napoje, płatny parking dla gości przy hotelu

Agréable séjour mais au vu du prix peut mieux faire.
Pros:

L’emplacement et l’accès au spa gratuitement.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer.

W hotelu jest naprawdę mnóstwo atrakcji zarówno dla dzieci, jak i dla dorosłych, dzięki czemu każdego dnia coś się działo i trudno było się nudzić. Animatorzy byli bardzo zaangażowani, a program rozrywkowy dobrze zorganizowany, co dodatkowo tworzyło wakacyjną atmosferę. Wybór posiłków był imponujący - różnorodność dań oraz ich smak sprawiały, że każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie, a potrawy były świeże i estetycznie podane.

Lokalizacja to kolejny duży atut - bliskość plaży i dworca kolejowego ułatwia zwiedzanie i codzienne spacery. Dużym plusem jest także świeżo wyremontowany basen wewnętrzny, który stanowił świetną alternatywę, gdy pogoda nie dopisywała. W restauracji woda była dostępna za darmo, a na terenie obiektu znajdowały się punkty, gdzie można było bezpłatnie uzupełnić butelkę, co było bardzo wygodne i ekologiczne.

Cons:

Największym rozczarowaniem był fakt, że aquapark był nieczynny. Zamyka się go we wrześniu, a nasz wyjazd odbywał się w październiku - niestety nie wiedzieliśmy o tym wcześniej. Była to spora szkoda, ponieważ właśnie dla aquaparku wybraliśmy ten hotel. Warto, aby obiekt wyraźniej komunikował takie informacje, bo dla wielu gości może to być kluczowy element pobytu.

Clean hotel but very busy and hectic
Pros:

Close to beach. Clean rooms. Food in restaurant was good on the day we ate there. Reception staff helpful.

Cons:

Very busy. Clients walking around hotel in wet swimwear. Long queues in snack bar or at reception. Sunbeds very packed in.

Great hotel
Pros:

Another great stay, Very friendly staff. The restaurant has much improved, compared to last visit. Very busy with French tourist that stay for a few days only. Line up for the restaurant a dinner time, but it moves fairly fast. House keeping is slipping again, they do not have enough time allocated per room. (management problem)
