Groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted, even if they are booked on different reservations. In the event of such reservations, the hotel reserves the right to cancel them or apply special conditions and/or additional supplements if accepted.

To find out the opening dates of the water park, please check directly with the hotel. The minimum height to access the Aquasplash is 3.3 foot and to access the slides the minimum height is between 4.1 ft and 4.6 ft depending on the slide.

Plase Note: To book the "All Inclusive" in reservations that include more than one room, it is mandatory to select All Inclusive as a regime in all rooms. Failure to comply with this condition will mean the non-admission of the reservation into the All Inclusive program

Also ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht... Für mich sehr wichtig Thema Internet. Ich musste mit dem Rechner ca. 100 m bis Mitte Hotel gehen weil im meinem Zimmer mit Pohl kein empfang war. Ich habe das Problem gemeldet und das Hotel konnte das Thema in meinem ganzen Aufenthalt nicht Lössen. Habe für 4 Sterne Hotel für 6 tage ca. 5600 Euro ausgegeben. Mann erwartet mehr... es geht weiter nach 3 tagen hat Mann mir gesagt ich muss noch Parkplatz bezahlen obwohl bei Anmeldung parkschein bekommen und alles bezahlt. es geht weiter nach 5 tagen hat Mann mir gesagt ich kann nicht zum Abendessen mit meiner frau und Kindern weil ich nicht bezahlt habe/ wie peinlich..... nach 10 min Besprechung in der Rezeption haben die den Fehler gefunden und gesagt alle ist ok sie können esse :) Lustig ist auch das meine frau sich schlecht fühle und sie war nicht beim frühstück ich wolle ihr was mitnahmen Mann hat mich wie ein Dieb behandelt " was machen sie sie dürfen sich kein Brötchen mitnahmen das ist nicht gestattet. Nach Erklärung das meine freu Sicht schlecht fühlt hat Mann mich komisch angekuckt und gesagt ausnahm weise. Also für ein 4 Sterne Hotel muss Sicht der Scheff Schemen. Der pool war super aber der Rest einfach schlecht - so ca. 2 Sterne Hotel wo nur über Geld geht. Also ich empfehle es niemand. Geht besser irgend wo anders wo Mann euch wie Mensch behandelt.

Heel leuk hotel, fijne faciliteiten, vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Top Hotel! Vriendelijk personeel , schoon en goede faciliteiten.

Cons:

Dat je niet voor enkele uurtjes een extra bandje kon kopen voor familie die toevallig in de buurt waren. Daar waren ze alles behalve flexibel in.

Comfortabel verblijf, prima hotel, meerdere zwembaden, afwisselend eten.
Pros:

Fijn hotel, goed onderhouden, meerdere zwembaden en aquapark, schone kamers. Afwisselend eten. Loopafstand naar trein en Ferry voor uitstapjes in de omgeving.

Cons:

Lange rijen bij bars en restaurant. In Pineda de Mar verder niets te beleven. Beleid van verbod op reserveren van bedjes wordt niet gehandhaafd, om 7 uur zijn alle bedjes bij zwembad 1 al gereserveerd. Zwembad 2 gaat om 9 uur open, dus daar lukt het nog wel om op een later tijdstip een bedje te bemachtigen.

Un super hôtel avec du personnel sympathique qui parle plusieurs langues, les piscines sont superbes, les chambres sont propres et confortables. Les repas offrent beaucoup de choix, les petits-déjeuners étaient vraiment top!

Cons:

Les personnes qui reservent les transats dès le matin alors que la piscine est visiblement vide. Les desserts etaient parfois décevant mais rien de grave.

Merveilleuses vacances!
Pros:

Pratiquement tout c’était parfait cet hôtel sent le neuf et le propre. En ces fortes chaleur la Clim était la bienvenue. Tout est réunis l‘aquapark adapté aux petits et grands, le buffet très varié, les différent espaces et équipements et différentes piscines, le spa la bagagerie (machine à laver et repassage à disposition) les animations le soir, le personnel, la clientèle, le club enfant la plage en face et le train « rodalias » provenance de Barcelone, les centres ville et commerces à proximité (une grande supérette juste en sortant)Merci à Paula du club enfant francophone une belle personne ! Le personnel de la réception et le serveur Komeo des omelettes et pancakes , le personnel du restaurant avec un service irréprochable Merci à Maribel qui vous accueille et vous place avec gentilles et le sourire.tous sont très gentils
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et ce sera maintenant notre destination préféré !

Cons:

Dommage que les boissons ne soient pas comprises dans le dîner et l’incitation à la consommation lors des soirées ou dans la journée pour le midi si vous êtes en demi pension.
