Groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted, even if they are booked on different reservations. In the event of such reservations, the hotel reserves the right to cancel them or apply special conditions and/or additional supplements if accepted.

To find out the opening dates of the water park, please check directly with the hotel. The minimum height to access the Aquasplash is 3.3 foot and to access the slides the minimum height is between 4.1 ft and 4.6 ft depending on the slide.

Plase Note: To book the "All Inclusive" in reservations that include more than one room, it is mandatory to select All Inclusive as a regime in all rooms. Failure to comply with this condition will mean the non-admission of the reservation into the All Inclusive program

Court séjour près de Barcelone
Pros:

La propreté de la chambre était très bien. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. L'hôtel est moderne, facile d'accès avec parking sur place. Le personnel de la réception réceptif et chaleureux. Nombreux bars et piscines.

Cons:

C'est bien un hotel 4*. Cependant l'exemple du restaurant au petit-déjeuner est très bruyant avec une qualité moyenne style All Inclusive. Beaucoup de monde pour faire le check-in (attente).

Wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

The room was nicely decorated. It was nice and clean when we got there. Coffee and tea facilities were good.

Plenty of pools to choose from. Lots of activities going on in the day.

Cons:

There was constantly a massive queue at reception so we were never able to get towels for the pool unless we queued for ages. The whole reception area was constantly full of people and very noisy.

A member of staff who served us in the restaurant made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was staring at me and wrote his instagram handle on a coaster and gave it to me. I felt uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. I feel this behaviour is unprofessional and I should not be made to feel this way whilst trying to enjoy my holiday.

The location isn’t great. The area is quite run down and not many restaurants nearby. Not much to do in the area around the hotel.

We asked for our room not to be cleaned on the first day as we wanted to lie in (we had arrived very late the night before). The housekeeping didn’t bother to clean it any of the other days we were there. Our bin/ashtray was overflowing and we had to ask for more toilet roll and towels.

The queue for breakfast was horrendously long. It felt very poorly organised. The member of staff letting people through to breakfast kept letting more guests through even though there wasn’t room for them. The breakfast room was so busy and chaotic we couldn’t enjoy our breakfast peacefully. We only had one set of knives and forks on our table. There was no mugs available for hot drinks or teabags for a cup of tea in the breakfast area.

The AC is only available certain times of year which is understandable but the rooms were very hot at times.

Mala coordinación
Pros:

Todo menos la forma de trabajar en el retirado de las mesas

Cons:

No me gustó la coordinación que tienen en el comedor.Que te levantabas para cojer algo al bufet i te limpiaban la mesa pensando que ya havias acabado ,aun dejando en la mesa la targeta del comedor ,para que supuestamente ven que no te havias marchado

Es precioso y tiene de todo.
Piscina interior genial y buffet desayuno muy generoso.
Habitación muy bonita, cómoda y con balcón.
100% volveré

Cons:

Lo único que me sorprendió es que siendo un hotel 4 estrellas y con un buffet tam bueno, el pan es malisimo. Duro y seco.
Del tipo que fuera. Hasta el de molde.

La limpieza de la habitación. En el baño, tanto en el suelo como encima del wc, habían pelis. Para mí resultó desagradable. El papel higiénico parece lija.

Un buen hotel
Pros:

las diferentes piscinas, la limpieza del hotel, la ubicacion, el personal de animación, la calidad de la comida y el spa (aún que un poco caro)

Cons:

los toboganes no estaban abiertos, había poca variedad de comida en el buffet con la cantidad de gente q había, no todo el personal sabía español, las colas para entrar al comedor

Séjour sympa, proche de Barcelone (40mn)
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner etait bon et complet... panckakes faits devant vous, les œufs également...
Il y avait des spectacles le soir au bar, il y avait une equipe d'animation pour les enfants et les adultes qui proposaient régulièrement des activités

Cons:

La piscine etait froide
L' Aquapark n'était pas ouvert
Si des personnes veulent du repos, privilégier les périodes hors vacances scolaires
