Groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted, even if they are booked on different reservations. In the event of such reservations, the hotel reserves the right to cancel them or apply special conditions and/or additional supplements if accepted.

To find out the opening dates of the water park, please check directly with the hotel. The minimum height to access the Aquasplash is 3.3 foot and to access the slides the minimum height is between 4.1 ft and 4.6 ft depending on the slide.

Plase Note: To book the "All Inclusive" in reservations that include more than one room, it is mandatory to select All Inclusive as a regime in all rooms. Failure to comply with this condition will mean the non-admission of the reservation into the All Inclusive program

Inolvidable
Pros:

Me encantó todo, la habitación excelente separada dentro de la misma habitación otra habitación para los pequeños, la ubicación, el trato, los toboganes todo bien distribuido y pensado para todos el hotel es excelente sin duda repetiremos nos hemos ido fascinados

Experiencia familiar y de cuidado excelente
Pros:

Es un sitio ideal para disfrutar y descansar. Variedad de planes, de actividades, de zonas. El restaurante muy variado y en cuanto a precio de las consumiciones no incluidas, con precios muy razonables.
El spa y los tratamientos muy recomendables y para niños y adultos siempre opciones de entretenimiento.
El personal encantador, los monitores del club infantil muy agradables y dedicados. Sin duda para recomendarlo y volver.

La unicación!! Tan cerca de la playa, las piscinas y el parque aquático!!

Pros:

La gran variedad de opciones de entretenimiento. Varias piscinas de fácil acceso y socorristas atentos. Limpieza de las habitaciones muy buena. Personal de recepción muy profesional.

Cons:

El personal del bar, joven y poco profesional. El concepto del hotel: ¿es un hotel familiar o un hotel para relajarse? claramente es un hotel familiar para ir con niños, y está genial, pero tiene opciones de relax chillout que no se pueden disfrutar porque se llenan de niños gritando con flotadores y eso genera confusión en el cliente. Deberían reservar algunas zonas sólo para adultos si es posible. Los ascensores un poco lentos. En general pocos problemas, la verdad estamos contentos.

Tolles Hotel mit Kids aber nicht so tolles essen
Pros:

Die Unterlunft selber war toll, mit den Pools und der Animation wie auch das Abendprogramm nur zu empfehlen. obwohl es manchmal wircklich für die Kids etwas spät wurde genossen wir es.
Mega lob an das Animationsteam( Izan, Juan, Merche und die anderen)

Cons:

Das Essen und die etwas untransparente kosten bei all inkl muss man schauen welches all inkl man gebucht hat denn es lönnen zusatzkosten aufkommen

Buena opción para viajar con niños
Pros:

Han sido unos días increíbles, instalaciones muy cuidadas y modernas , actividades diferentes a otros hoteles , para los niños mucho entretenimiento y original, piscinas adaptadas a todas las edades, comida muy bien elaborada y el personal muy amable
Las habitaciones limpias , amplias y actualizadas.
La parte de los toboganes acuáticos increíbles, los mejores que he visto en un hotel así , muchas opciones y con muchos socorristas controlando todo

Cons:

En algunos servicios de comidas poco personal y alguno con poca experiencia y ganas , aunque la supervisión intentaba llevar una buena organización en muchos momentos no había mesas disponibles y limpias y tardaban en poner bebida , pero por lo general el personal muy amable

Wonderful holiday
Pros:

Lovely staff. They genuinely try to make guests smile and feel happy with their warm welcome.

My younger son said that the duck game by the pool and the evening bingo event were his favorite parts of the entire stay. The staff who ran these games were funny, warm, and made sure everyone—children and adults alike—could enjoy themselves.

The pool lifeguards also kept a close eye on both children and adults to make sure no one was doing dangerous jumps or dives, and thanks to that, the pool always felt safe and enjoyable.

In the restaurant area, the woman at the register was almost always managing everything on her own, yet she handled guests efficiently so no one had to wait long. When she realized where I was from, she thanked me in my native language, which genuinely moved me. A young staff member at the poolside bar also spoke to me in my mother tongue. These are small things, but each one made my stay feel special.

There were many families with small children, and the restaurant staff in particular seemed incredibly busy. Even so, their hospitality and kindness were always present. It felt like more than just hotel training — as if it reflected the warm culture of this wonderful place.

Cons:

It was honestly nothing. Luckily our room is on the 1st floor and always easy to go to pool or restaurant.

Great place
Pros:

Great people and a great hotel.. i want to give thanks to Victoria and Fede, safeguards from the aquatic park. Very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pools and the aquatic park are not connected. You have to pass through the reception of the hotel every time if you want to switch from one pool to another, and the reception was cold (a/c).
