A equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa!
Pros:

O quarto é simples, mas limpo e agradável.

Cons:

Não tem um bom isolamento acústico. Então, na primeiras horas do dia o barulho do trânsito incomoda um pouco.

Cheguei tarde e fui embora de madrugada, sem saber dizer o que gostei.

Cons:

Indivíduo fumando maconha no quarto ao lado, corredor e o nosso quarto ficou insuportável, sorte que estávamos indo embora;
Pouco sinalizado;
Estacionamento é pago.

O Wi-Fi tinha um pouco de instabilidade, mas com paciência atendeu no que precisei.
No site o estacionamento consta como gratuito, mas na verdade é pago um valor de R$ 33,00 que não é informado, disso não gostei, precisam ser mais transparente.

Foi tranquila, mas pode melhorar.
Pros:

O hotel é basico, confortavel e tem um ótimo café da manhã.
A localização e muito boa e tem um restaurante excelente em frente.
Fica proximo a mercados e da catedral.

Cons:

O banheiro inunda todo durante o banho, podia ter pelo menos uma cortina.
Alguns moveis estão estragados precisando trocar.

Mudei de hotel pois nem administração eles tem para resolver problemas e funcionários desqualificados!
Pros:

Absolutamente nada! Quarto deteriorado pelo tempo. Coisas velhas quarto sujo. Preço maior cobrado pq eles disseram nada ter a ver com o booking!

Cons:

Não gostei de nada. Inclusive de um funcionário chamado Matheus. Se quer atendem o telefone do quarto para a recepção.

Great staff with excellent location
Pros:

The staff was excellent. The cleanliness was great. There was hot and cold water in the washroom. There was a bidet shower, another excellent addition in the bathroom. Breakfast was also good.

Cons:

There are too many leaking problems in tap and shower.
Inside the room, they should put some glasses, cups, plates, and an electric kettle. Nothing was there inside the room. These are essential items.
