OK but difficult to justify the price.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Incessant barking from a dog left in one of the rooms. Unable to reach a member of staff on any number to report. Had to walk up to reception to find someone.
Very difficult to find information about simple things, like milk for coffee/tea for example. It was available (we were in the stables) but only found when were leaving. Needed to scan barcodes for certain information. Milk was not on the info contained on these.
Radio in room didnt work.
Nice note left by member of hotel staff wishing a good stay and finishing with "have a drink on us". Absolutely no idea what this referred to or how or where we could get our free (I assume) drink.

Absolutely beautiful stay in a stunning property.
Pros:

Beautiful property set within 400 acres of well kept and beautiful landscape . The hotel is modern and very thoughtfully put together. We had a delightful stay to celebrate a milestone birthday

Fantastic location, lovely weekend away in the great outdoors.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb as was the evening meal. Staff were so friendly. Amazing walks.

Cons:

Our room was a little disappointing, there was no view and if the blinds were up you could see into the hallway - so I presume people could see in also! I did ask to change but no-one got back to me.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff were wonderful! The food was great in Hook and at breakfast. We will be back!

Worth a visit but it is very hilly, if you have any slight mobility issues you need to tell them
Pros:

Very good. Excellent service and food was good. One breakfast did have to be recooked due to eggs being cold but there was no problem in doing this. All staff at this hotel have customer service at the forefront of their minds and nothing is too much trouble.

Cons:

Food choice. It is mainly fish but they do have other offerings so we decided to stay and eat there. In hindsight we probably should have gone into Broadway as the other offerings were not that great and very limited

This is a gem in the Cotswolds - the decor and finishing touches are beautifully understated.

No air on the stable room - there is a fan but the room was very warm
