Over the years the breakfast are getting worse ,the pool are very dirty and also when I book in group we always get different level this is very annoying and makes people feel unhappy

We rated this hotel 9.5 out of 10 and the pool 1. During our 4 night stay it was cloudy, dirty and not sure how hygenic it was...used only once but checked the condition daily to see if improved but it did not. The few loungers were grey with mould. Given all the photos of this property highlight the pool and a reason we chose it, we were so disappointed. Rest of hotel is great, attached to convenient discount mall with food and shopping options and just 10 mins to airport. Rooms are large, clean and the housekeepers outstanding...room fridge nice and cold. Quiet and terrific sleep quality. Dont stay here if the pool is important but otherwise terrific. Grab to and from waterfront less than 20 malaysian return or around 7aud.

The Imperial hotel was o.k. not great. The room showed some wear and tear . The pool water was very murky which was a big disappointment . The hotel is quite far from the main part of Kuching. Yet the hotel provided limited shuttle service. Cheap dining opportunity was available at the adjacent shopping mall .

Bad experience with the hot

the hotel was well organised and run the only drawback for me was that bmy room 1311 was fromting on to a main road and was certainly quite noisy from traffic, however did not stop me getting to sleep

Clean and spacious room.

Not the first time staying here and can see that hotel condition is getting old. The corner room I stayed has a weird orientation with a strange extra space and a raised platform (like a stage). I think the normal rooms are better. Breakfast was just ok.

The corridor light needs to be brighter. It’s a bit dark at the corridor.

The furnishings are bare. Services needs to be contacted at least twice for things such as towels, porter, etc.

3 days in the Executive Suite on the top floor !

Happy with the spacious room and bathrooms… All fine !

Staff were very polite and helpful… Excellent team !

Breakfast wasn’t great… suggest you go out and explore the lovely food in Kuching !
Hence, we didn’t get a chance to visit the Executive Lounge !

Will certainly book the same room on our next visit !

Spacious room n big bath

Very nice hotel in the quaint part of Kuching. situated at the mid point between Kuching airport and the city, about 15 mins each side. Very nice, clean and spacious room. The gym is a plus point if that’s what you look out for on a vacation. Breakfast is meh though.
