The property is very expensive relatively to hotels in Israel. It’s price is equivalent to a 5 stars hotel and this hotel is not more than 3 stars
The room look nice but it’s a small hotel so you can hear everything. If people talk in the reception you can hear it in the room.
The bathrooms door can not be close completely ( it’s made from glass ) and right at the glass doors the toilet is located. There is no privacy in the toilet.
If you want to seat in the garden all the sitting areas are dirty and you can not seat comfortably. There is a small pool ( like kids pool) and the water was discussing it was dirty and full of bugs.
Luckily we arrived late cause there is nothing to do in the hotel except rest in the room nor anywhere to stay except the room.
It was embarrassing to pay 2500 shekel per night ( Thursday night) and get only a bed.
The shower is broken and rusty. I felt that I was robbed and there was no one to talk to. The reception person was nice but he couldn’t help with anything. Please respect your money and go to spend it somewhere else.

המלון ממוקם בעין כרם היפה שיש בה מסלולי טיול ומסעדות.

Great, quiet, and peaceful location. Nice gardens to sit in outside and listen to the sound of waterfalls. Nice saunas (both a day and wet one) available any time, and beautiful view from the roof. Chef’s Saturday morning breakfast was very tasty. Staff were kind and helpful. Coffee and tea and water available any time. Location is close to local restaurants just minutes walk away that are open late at night.
Room was nice and comfortable but the ground floor room didn’t have as many windows to open for light/air, or if we did open them, it’s ground floor and people could be right outside (although the hotel doesn’t have so many rooms or people).
תקרה מתקלפת, לא היו מים חמים באופן קבוע כדי למלא את האמבטיה (ורק בגלל האמבטיה בחרנו בחדר הזה ונאצלנו לשלם את הסכום הלא הגיוני לעומת מה שקיבלנו), בשירותים (באזור הכיור והאסלה) הייתה הצפה מהרגע שהגענו, חדר קטן ולא דומה בכלל לתמונות שבאתר. חוויה מאכזבת מאוד.
מלון נעים וביתי מאוד. קיבלנו חדר מפנק שלא רצינו לעזוב. תודה מיוחדת לצוות המסור ולשף על ארוחת הבוקר הטעימה והאווירה החמה.
