Convenient Location When Passing Through

Big room, nice place
Pros:

We stopped by for a night at this hotel; luckily we got a large room with accessibility features. It was located near the elevator. However, not all the rooms are this large we were told. The lady at the front desk was quite friendly, stopped by twice to fix the TV. Breakfast was average to above average compared to some other Hamptons we stayed. The hotel is quite convenient as it is located off the highway to Niagra Falls and Corning glass museum is nearby. The mattress felt fine, but pillow could be a bit firm. I would love to stay here again.

Breakfast was very good, the eggs were fresh and hot. The waffle maker was just right, not underdone and not over cooked.

DOG BARKING NONSTOP with OWNER OUT ALL DAY
Pros:

This hotel permits a dog to stay locked up all alone, for the entire day in an unfamiliar room, while the owner of the pet is out for the entire day. I buzzed the front desk, and asked the manager Margie Mattison to find the owner of a very unhappy dog, barking non-stop right next door. It sounds like torture. The manager said she dropped by, and the pet is totally fine! Nothing can be done because the owners are already out for the day. Manager Margie said to me, "You don't have to stay here at this Hampton Inn. You're welcome to leave."
