One of the best hotels for Madina visit
Pros:

We stayed for one night , it was an excellent experience, specially the crowd management for lifts and for the breakfast was exceptional, it is also very convenient for ladies to visit Haram Sharrif

الاستقبال رائع والجو العام ممتاز

الموقع قريب لباب النساء والمنطقة حيويه مطاعم مقاهي سوبرماركت. سهل الوصول وتوفر مواقف للسيارات

حجزت سريرين الغرفة فيها 3 اسرة واحد صغير مزعج وجوده جدا ومصغر الغرفة زيادة وطلبت ينشال قالوا لايمكن. ع الاقل غيروه الى كرسي سرير افضل الغرفه حرفيا للنوم فقط حتى لو بتشرب كاسة شاي او وجبة خفيفة ع السرير 😰

All the staff from reception,concierge to housekeeping staff all are extremely courteous.During this stay Mr Kabeer Hussain from house keeping department was very responsive

للآسف حجزت ليلتين الليله الثالثه تم التمديد واخبرت الاستقبال انني النزول بعد فترة من الوقت للدفع ولكن كان كل مره اتصال وانا كنت متعبه جداً وقمت بالدفع عن طريق بوكينج وقبل الدفع وجدت المبلغ مشمول لشخصين شامل الإفطار الشخص ١٥٠ ريال
أخبرت الاستقبال بأن هل في طريقة ان تلغى فيها وجبة الإفطار اخبروني لا يوجد إلا عن طريق البوكينق ربما ينقصونها ولكن الوقت كان ضيق كانوا يريدون مني الدفع ومع تعبي دفعت المبلغ وفي يوم الغد حين مغادرتي سآلني احد الاشخاص في الاستقبال عن مدى تقييمي للمكان ف وضحت هذه الصوره انني متضايقه جداً في دفع المبلغ الزائد اخبرني لماذا لم تخبريني قلت انني أخبرت احددالاشخاص ولكن قال عن طريق البوكينق وللاسف اتضح بآن بعد الدفع لا يمكن فعل اي شي وزي م يقولون راحت فلوسك ي صابر لا انكر ان الشخص قال لي سيعوضني المره القادمه اين المره القادمه التي لا اعلم هل سيكون رجوع لي لهذا المكان مره ثانيه ام لا ف إعطاء الرضا بالوقت نفسه وليس بيوم لا يعلم به إلا الله

Pros:

Quick check in and check out. Prompt response for any request. Comfortable beds, cleanliness. Lamp shades curtains well washed and clean stainless with no dirt. The touch system room controls are fully operational. Haven't seen them in five stars in Madina and Mecca. Ample lifts almost no waiting time. Pleasant smelling atmosphere, Water dispensers two per floor. Detox water all the time and gauva in the evening at the lobby for guests. Room service food is good and at reasonable rates. Room service quick response. A club sandwich or an Omelette breakfast would reach you in 15 - 20 Mins maximum..Good english speaking staff at the Reception and reasonable speaking staff at room service. This is not very common even in Five stars. Distance from Masjid Nabawi is reasonable. Approachable for cars and taxis. The hotel was decorated and arranged gauva and biscuits for guests after Eid prayer. This was a great gesture.

Cons:

The price should be a little Lower. It should be brought down.
Housekeeping staff, though very efficient, cooperative and available, needs some training in Hygienic measures. E.g washing the bathrooms, emptying the waste and handling the clean fresh towels, the tea bar stuff at the same time without washing the hands.. However when advised, it was followed without any argument.
Breakfast at 125 / head was very expensive. This was discussed with a hotel official. To our surprise next day it was reduced to 75 / head. This seemed OK. This was a result of our discussion or a routine decision, anyway it seemed a good gesture.
The buffet breakfast had quite a variety but didn't have the active station and lacked the Continental flavour. It was more of an Arabian cuisine. The hotel

lobby was small, it became extremely crowded on the Eid day.
