Room condition
The electric kettle was leaking water, no one checked it before allowing guests.
When the complaint was made the first response was maybe you have overfilled !!!
Staff replaced the kettle from another room without taking it back for maintenance so unprofessional.

Toothpaste and other items towel mat for the floor in the washroom were missing.

Room carpet looks dirtier not sure when cleaned .

TV remote was broken and electrical tape was pasted over batteries to keep them in place , very unhegenic and unprofessional.

Air-conditioning and lights are operated through a wall mounted remote which has lost the touch sensitivity and made it impossible to operate.

Konum, ilgi, kahvaltı, temizlik çok iyi
Pros:

Kahvaltısı, Mescidi Nebeviye yakınlığı çok iyiydi. Ayrıca çıkış günü biraz daha geç çıkma talebimizi olumlu karşılamaları da bizi çok rahatlattı.

Cons:

Odamızda sadece bir priz çalışıyordu, diğerleri bozuktu. Lavabo tıkanıyordu ve duş başlığı arızalıydı. Daha önce çok konforlu bir odada kalmıştık ancak bu defa yataklar sıkıntıydı.
