Good hotel - Best acccomodation for middle class family.
Pros:

Near to Haram. Staff are well behaved.

Cons:

The staff cannot give decisions in critical situations as

Pleasant, but could have been excellent
Pros:

Over all a nice experience, especially the management of a very large number of guests.

Cons:

Poor management of shuttle service to and fro from haram. It generally took around an hour and half for something that was 20 mins of walk. With old people, this was a concern. Also room were cleaned and refurbished on request, not an automatic daily practice. This aspect needs to be improved.

Highly recommended for a comfortable Ramadan stay
Pros:

Location is great, 3 min walk to women’s entrance, sehri buffet was good, room was clean and spacious (think it was on the bigger side, not sure all rooms are like that), staff were friendly and allowed us to check in 2 hours early, helped us get taxi’s, lifts were fast and plentiful, pre check in info was helpful.

Cons:

Cant fault anything at the hotel. You have to cross a busy road to get to it from the mosque but its easy enough.
