Location fantastic, staff great, breakfast wonderful

Cons:

Should put a large digital baggage scale at ground floor so customers can weigh their luggage. They have a perfect spot for it and would be a valued addition to the service already being provided

راقي ومهذب وايضا اعجبني تقديم القهوة والتمر في الاستقبال وعامل الكهرباء ايضا كان مهذب وجيد في عمله احتجته في اصلاح تمديدات الغلاية وعند المغادرة الجميع ودعنا بابتسامة الحقيقة كانت الاقامة في الفندق خيار رائع ويستحق التكرار

Disappointed due to above
Cons:

Very disappointing ending to our stay. An iron was accidentally left on the bed for a few minutes, damaging the sheet and mattress cover. I acknowledged the accident.

However, accidental damage is an operational risk in the hotel business, particularly for a 4-star hotel. Had we already left, the hotel might have had to absorb the loss. Instead, because our luggage was still in storage, they demanded around SAR 800 and would not release our bags while we disputed the charge and had a flight to catch.

I eventually paid SAR 400 after negotiation—almost equivalent to another night’s stay. I feel the hotel could have shown goodwill by absorbing the loss or charging a nominal penalty rather than effectively charging the guest the replacement cost.

Accidents happen, and the lack of flexibility and particularly holding our luggage left a very bad taste and is the reason for my low rating.
