Slecht faciliteiten wegen niet op tegen goede locatie.

Een mooi hotel zonder al te veel luxe.

De lokatie van dit hotel is prima tov Freithof en winkels.

Cons:

Het personeel was echt heel slecht. Bij aankomst was er 1 dame aanwezig die geen Nederlands sprak en slecht engels. We werden met deze hitte naar de 3 e etage gestuurd met de trap want daar zou onze kamer zijn, maar die bleek op de begane grond te zijn. Geen sorry maar later toen er een probleem was werden wij gebeld tijdens ons diner of we onze kamer wilden opgeven want er moesten andere gasten in worden gehuisvest! Verkeerde Kamer :(

Super locatie! Dichtbij alle faciliteiten en gezellige terrasjes en restaurants. Ook het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ze dachten mee (eerder ontbijt ivm mijn vroege vertrek was mogelijk op een andere locatie, instructies naar dichtsbijzijnde verkooppunt telefoonoplader en het was mogelijk om een strijkbout te lenen). Zij zorgden voor een prettig verblijf.

Cons:

Slechts een paar kleine dingetjes. Handzeeppompje gaf geen zeep af, wc borstel zat los, geen gastendoekje bij de wastafel, niet alle lampen in de kamer deden het, er waren geen kledinghangers aanwezig etc. Maar geen redenen om niet te kiezen voor een verblijf bij dit hotel.

Goede locatie, slechte hygiëne.

Cons:

De kamer was erg gedateerd. Daarnaast kwam verf van de muren en radiator, ook waren er schimmelplekken op verschillende plekken (zowel in de badkamer als de kamer zelf).
Het was stoffig en niet echt schoon. Jammer want we hebben er best veel voor betaald.
