Mooi gebouw mooie locatie sfeervolle binnentuin

De locatie en kamers zijn leuk ingericht
Lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

De pasjes werkten niet en ondanks meerdere pogingen van het personeel kon dit niet opgelost worden. Het koffiezetapparaatje werkte niet en de wc liep door

Pros:

Mooi hotel met mooie tuin, waar we de fietsen veilig konden neerzetten. Mooie kamer en fijn bed. Alleen iemand van het personeel gezien tijdens het ontbijt. Die was erg vriendelijk, en ander personeel hebben we niet gemist.

Cons:

Veel kabaal van de straat.
Jammer dat 1 lampje in de badkamer ontbrak en het gat met snoeren eruit niet was afgewerkt.
Douche in de badkuip met zeer gladde bodem, dat was niet prettig.

Au cœur de la ville
Pros:

Le lieu est vraiment très agréable, en plein centre-ville. Nous avons trouvé de la place pour nous garer juste devant

Cons:

Chambre juste à l'entrée de l'hôtel, heureusement il n'y a pas eu trop d'entrées/sorties dans le bâtiment, ni trop de passages en voitures car avec les pavés nous les entendions bien.
Axe d'amélioration : je n'ai pas réussi à trouver de sèche-cheveux

Prima hotel voor weekendtripje naar/in Maastricht. Alles op loopafstand.
Pros:

Locatie vlakbij Vrijthof & parkeergarage.
Kamers zijn ruim en schoon
Binnenplaats is fijn om te zitten
Gelukkig nu een “kaartje” om de deur(en) te openen ipv alleen met je telefoon😉
Vriendelijk personeel (Engels sprekend)

Cons:

Detail misschien, een iets grotere televisie graag🫣
Ontbijt is “simpel” (voor Eur, 19,50) maar wel voldoende en eitje wordt vers gebakken….

The safe was jammed, the coffee machine wasn’t working, the water dispenser wasn’t working, and the air conditioner was making a noise; it was positioned right next to the bed and there was no way to adjust the airflow.

3 Geweldige dagen in Maastricht. Het was boffen met ‘t uitstekende weer en thuisbasis met

De sfeer en uitstraling. De gezellige inrichting, waardoor je je meteen thuisvoelt.
De ruime kamer en fijn uitzicht op de mooie tuin.
Om de hoek is t Vrijthof en t gezellige centrum.
Bij t inchecken werden we uitstekend geholpen en werd onze kamer op de 3e verdieping omgeruild voor een kamer op de 1e verdieping ivm traplopen en koffers tillen. Deze werden door de manager op de kamer bezorgd! Geweldige service!

De service en communicatie erg slecht! Het ontbijt een telescoping!!

De kamer en het hotel waren goed en leuk. De service erg slecht en ontbijt teleurstellend!!

De service en communicatie waren erg slecht!
We voelden ons niet welkom!
Bij inchecken was er geen tijd en aandacht!
Via mail en zelfs een late WhatsApp melding van zaken en dat het ontbijt op de andere lokatie was (minder leuk en op afstand en heeeeel karig ! Om 9.15uur was er al veel op en werd niet meer bijgevuld!

Achterstallig onderhoud. Afbladderende verf, scheef hangende lampen. Verouderde badkamer. Barsten in de wasbak. Klink van de deur valt er bijna af.
