Oude grandeur om de hoek bij het Vrijthof
Pros:

Hele ruime kamer op de begane grond in het achterdeel. Hoge plafonds, oude grandeur. Aparte badkamer, ook erg ruim. In stijl ingericht. Toplocatie, om de hoek bij het Vrijthof.
Ontbijt zag er goed uit, maar wij gingen naar Van Wijck (andere kant Servaasbrug) echt een aanrader! Kan ook voor lunch.

Cons:

Het was wel echt oud, hier kan wat aan gedaan worden. Hendels die niet goed werken en verouderd meubilair.
De prijs is erg hoog, je betaalt voor de locatie, niet zo zeer voor de voorzieningen.

Weinig inspirerend verblijf
Pros:

Goede, centrale ligging, vriendelijk personeel en verzorgd ontbijt.

Cons:

Afgeleefd, slecht onderhouden interieur. Vochtplekken tegen de muur, afbladderende verf her en der — zelfs in de duurdere superior kamer. Enkele beglazing dus koud en erg gehorig langs de straatkant.

De ligging is ideaal. In een zijstraatje maar midden in het Centrum van Maastricht.

Het inchecken was gedoe, informatie over inchecken via Booking was anders dan informatie over inchecken dus we van het hotel ontvingen. Kamer was zeer matig voor de prijs, het geheel had flink wat achterstallig onderhoud.
