Descaso com manutenção do hotel

O hotel é bem localizado

Cons:

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a recente estadia. Infelizmente, a experiência foi comprometida por falhas graves de infraestrutura: o sistema de aquecimento não funcionou, impossibilitando o banho quente, e a iluminação do banheiro apresentou problemas (piscando constantemente). Mesmo após solicitarmos manutenção, não fomos atendidos.
Além disso, fomos alocados em um quarto acessível (PNE). Embora compreendamos a importância desses espaços, eles possuem um layout funcional específico que não atendeu às nossas necessidades e acabou sendo pouco prático, além de ocupar uma unidade que deveria estar disponível para quem realmente precisa. Diante do descaso com as solicitações feitas no local, aguardo um posicionamento da administração

O hotel é ótimo, a piscina e a área de areia para as crianças brincarem foram nossos espaços favoritos
