Minha experiência não foi das melhores, tivemos problemas com chuveiro liguei na recepção e disseram que a manutenção iria verificar, só que não apareceu ninguém e tivemos que tomar banho na ducha. Na chegada nos colocaram em um quarto de frente a piscina onde tinha barulho de música,eu tinha solicitado quarto com vista livre e menos barulho, avisei a recepção e nos trocaram de quarto.
Instalações: Só um ponto de atenção sobre as redes,pois uma delas estava com abertura anormal nas malhas me causando uma inconveniêncial. Sobre os quartos também devem dar atenção para a manutenção pois estava bem a desejar como mofo nas paredes do banheiro por exemplo. Iluminação do quarto ruim. Acho que deveriam dar mais atenção ao bem estar dos hóspedes e verificar se as solicitações foram atendidas.

Pros:

Os funcionários todos muito solícitos, o café da manhã muito bom. O chuveiro bem quente e fácil de regular sempre é um ponto positivo!

Cons:

A iluminação do quarto poderia ser melhor distribuída. A maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava solta, quase caindo.

É um bom hotel para poucas noites, mas é bastante caro.
Pros:

Ótima localização e café da manhã. A equipe é muito competente e resolve todas as questões muito facilmente. O quarto é grande, cama e chuveiro são ótimos.

Cons:

O quarto estava sujo, com um pouco de mofo. O quarto que outra pessoa da família se hospedou estava com o frigobar completamente sujo, sem funcionar e com várias latas estouradas e estufadas dentro.
